We've used Tiltons over the years and have always been satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work. Usually we deal with Mike the owner. but I think he's phasing himself out of the business--at least full-time-- and has a few people working for him.

It worked fine, that was awhile ago though. My recommendation would just be to make sure it is very clear, flat surfaces only, no substitutions or anything like that. They did a very good job. I was very satisfied how my rugs came out. The workers were very professional.

Extremely well. I've gotten the tile mostly clean in the past, but was never able to make much improvement in the grout. With their professional equipment and experience, it looks like a new floor. We are surprised and very satisfied. The coupon makes it even better.

Matt, who did the work was excellent, a pleasure to deal with. He worked efficiently, and the carpets look great. He also answered questions about care of carpeting and tested cleaner on some stained tile for future work. My only dissatisfaction was with scheduling because responses to my e-mails were slow, and I never received a confirmation of the time the work would be done. I was concerned that no one would show up after I did a lot of prep work. Fortunately Matt arrived right on time.

They responded quickly like the next day after receiving my contact information. They were efficient. They did a nice job cleaning.
