It turned out reasonably well and scheduling was at at my convenience. They returned the rugs in a reasonable amount time. They took the rugs away to clean and returned them. They were upfront about the costs. I did have a question about one of the rugs and they came and picked it up and recleaned a small section of it. There was a difference in the finish of the rug which was remedied. The price was fair. I’ve taken them into a different cleaner and it was more expensive.

Technician was friendly, courteous and professional--and he was also on time. He did an excellent job of cleaning. The "big deal" for $99 covered the grout cleaning and we paid $48 for the carpet cleaning. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend them.

This is the first time I have used an outside service for carpet cleaning. In the past I have used my own carpet cleaner with reasonably good results. I was somewhat skeptical that his service would result in a better outcome. However, after Michael cleaned the carpets I realized there was no comparison. Not only did the 16 year old off-white carpets appear whiter, but a number of pet stains from two dogs were virtually gone. I have tried a number of methods to remove these stains but it only resulted in lightening them. I am very impressed with the result and will use his service again.

Cleaned three rooms of carpeting on your deal and also cleaned the carpeting in our finished basement. I have used Tilton many times, and as always, the job was well done.

Mike responded quickly to my request for help. He gave a 2-hour window of time for arrival. When he had not arrived toward the end of the time window, he called to say he had responded to a water emergency and set a new time which he met. He quickly analyzed the job requirements, stated what the needs were, explained the processes he would use and then very quickly got to work. This quite old and dirty carpeting was made to look almost new. He explained about drying time and potential hazards of moving from walking on damp carpet onto slick surfaces and how to cope with those. All in all, I can highly recommend Mike and his work.

The guy was cordial and professional. I would not hire them again though, I think there are better ones out there. They returned and worked on the spot on my sofa that was problematic. After trying everything available it was simply not removable. They get an A for effort but I don't think anything can be done about it. The damage done by my pet was simply permanent. Kudos for their efforts though.

We had sewer water damage in our basement. I contacted Mike, who couldn't do the job immediately because he was booked. He was incredibly helpful in describing the necessary work and pointing me toward a reputable firm that could do the work more quickly than he was able to. He also held his next available slot for me until I confirmed that I'd found someone else. Most others would have just said that they were booked, if they responded at all. I have already arranged to use Mike to clean some other rugs for me. He's clearly a first-rate professional.

The service itself went perfectly. The owner of the company contacted in advance and set up a window of time (11-1) for the service. The technician came at about 11:20. He patiently answered all my questions and started the job around 11:40. He cleaned 3 rooms (about 600 sq. ft.) of carpet by 1pm. He got most of the stain out and I'm very happy about the result. Only one thing could haven't been better. The coupon does say the first 500 sq. ft. are included in the price, and area that goes beyond will subject to more charge. It could be more helpful if the coupon also list approximate rate for additional sq. footage. I was ended up charged an extra $52 for an additional ~100 sq. ft. because the rate is $0.55 per sq. ft. The price is reasonable.

Did a good job, were responsive and had competitive pricing. Did a little damage to baseboard paint, but immediately told us. We really liked that they were so open about it. Will use them again.

The owner was pleasant and accommodating. The representaive arrived as scheduled. He was pleasant, listened to and responded to my requests. I was happy with the work and will have them return.

It went very well. Mike got all of the stains out!

Mike was very pleasant and took the time to explain the process he used. He explained why it would not make sense to use his services in some other areas. He honored our pre-purchased Big Deal coupon after the expiration date.

It was fine. They took the carpet away to clean it, and delivered it back. They got job done in a reasonable amount of time. They were as good as their higher priced competitors.

I purchased the Big Deal for cleaning and restoration of up to 250 sq. ft. of ceramic tile. The company owner came to my home to survey the job first and it was at that time that the word restoration was clarified for me -- that is, no repair of grout was included. And so I had two floors of bathroom tile cleaned -- instead of hoped-for tub tile cleaning and grout repair -- one of which cleaned up well and the other did not, probably due to its age. The job took less than an hour to complete. Seemed like a lot of money for that amount of time.

It was great. They were very polite and professional. They take the time to listen and answer questions.

They did a very good job and I would use them again. However, there was a problem in scheduling a date to return them. But they finally came.

Prompt, courteous, met all of the dates/times promised.

They were very honest about the likelihood or non-likelihood of success cleaning pet stains from rugs -- I very much appreciated their clear advice and that they didnt try to sell me service where there was not much chance of success. I will surely call them in future if I have need as I value the honesty greatly
