I found Mike on an Angie's List deal. I was about to have renovations done in my home. Mike was willing to hold off on the job and schedule it when the renovations were done. He also held the rug a few extra days when the job went a few days over schedule. The rug is wool and has an ivory background. It had not been cleaned in a couple of years. The cleaning job was excellent and the rug looks almost new. I will definitely use Mike again

They came as promised and carried away all four carpets for steam cleaning. Returned them a few weeks later and laid them back out where they belonged (moved furniture to get them straight) They look great.

The rug looked much better. It wasn't perfect but I believe they got all the spots that were possible out-- the rug had not been cleaned in a long time. They were professional; the price was fair; the rug came back faster than I had anticipated (i.e., they were great on schedule); and I would use them again.

I contacted Tilton Cleaners on Friday, March 28th and received an immediate response both by text and phone. They were able to come to clean a sofa which needed emergency cleaning on Monday, March 31 in the morning. They were on time, did a great job and offered a very affordable price! I found their service and professionalism to be top notch!

I was very pleased with the entire experience. The rugs look beautiful. One in particular had a number of pet and other stains on it, and I was amazed at how much better it looked after the cleaning. Service was fabulous. They picked up the rugs and delivered them on time, and everything went very well. I would definitely use them again.

Easy to agree upon at a pick up date and time. He called and asked if he could be late due to needing extra time at a preceding customer. That was fine, and he arrived as agreed. Carpet looks good afterwards. There was a blip on the return. First attempt returned the wrong carpet, even after I tried to describe the right one on the phone before the delivery. It was easy to agree upon a retry day and time and that worked out fine.

It went well. We had him come back to do more work. He was punctual, polite, and cleaned up. He went right to work when he arrived.

Scheduling was very easy. They came and picked them up and returned them within a week, which was when they promised. I am very satisfied. I then had them come back a few days later to clean the hallway carpeting. They were pleasant and very easy to deal with.

Michael Tilton picked up the rugs early AM as arranged. Did a great job cleaning my white background (but stained) rugs. Delivered them at exact hour he said he would. Easy peasy!

Very pleased with the services provided. Mike arranged to have the rugs picked up from our home at our convenience and about a week later delivered them back. Both rugs look so much better now.

Tilton came to our home and was able to clean the area rug without leaving the house. His crew moved the furniture and gave follow up instructions for after the cleaning. We have used them in the past for a basement flood/clean up and they were tremendous at that time. We were thrilled to see the discounted offer to use his services again and the timing was perfect!

They did a good job on the rugs. The upholstery could have been better? It was pricey, but better than me attempting it.
