Matt returned my call immediately and scheduled within a week. He arrived promptly, was friendly and helpful, and was especially careful of the newly refinished floor and the cats in residence. He worked steadily until done, then explained the problem areas he'd discovered. The price was very fair for the work done, and there were no fumes or toxic solutions. I would definitely recommend this company.

They did a pretty good job. The only issue I had with them was they charged $4 per stair extra which I thought was a bit much. The stairs were not very difficult to access and clean. I had a choice to decline, but since I was getting the carpets cleaned, I went ahead with it. I will probably rent a cleaner from Home Depot in the future and do it myself.

They were great- very punctual, picked it up when they said they would, delivered it when they said they would and did a great job.

They picked up and dropped off the carpet. I realized the pet stains would be difficult and they were very upfront about this. Very happy with the results

Mike was a pleasure to deal with over the phone, and in person. Very professional, and helpful. We are dealing with cleanup from a mouse problem in the basement, and Mike was very accommodating with our need to get the basement cleaned as soon as possible. He was able to come out the day after I contacted him, which was really appreciated. On the day of service, they came out and washed the basement. Basically, they have a system to spray down the floor, walls and ceiling (if it's exposed rafters, or wet-able material), then vacuum up the water & cleaning solution (plus all the nasty stuff). They got rid of mold on the tiles, which was left over from a nasty old rug I removed the previous day, and cleaned up the ceiling tiles as well. The cleaning process also removed a lot of mouse poop and other debris, and the basement generally just feels much nicer, and sanitary, now. Once they were done with cleaning, they sprayed moldicide on the floors and wood paneling on the walls as a preventive measure. I would definitely hire them again!

My experience was positive. Scheduling went pretty easy and they were punctual for the appointment. They picked up the rug and brought it back in a timely manner. The results of the cleaning were good.

They did very well. My wife has used them before. It didn't take long to get the rugs back. We had no complaints.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's list. Mike got in touch with me and we scheduled a time. The technician (Matt) arrived right on time (a few minutes early). I showed him the floors and he started working right away. He was quick, efficient and very professional. The bathrooms were on the top floor but the hose was long enough so there was no issue. The floor in the master bathroomroom looks beautiful and very clean. It is an old floor with very small tiles and the grout was stained in a few spots. it looks great now. The whole thing took less time than I thought and I am very pleased with the result.

There was an initial confusion about the pick up date. This was readily resolved and the rugs were picked up early the next morning. All of the rugs came back beautifully cleaned, even the one that had been on the kitchen floor for 20 years!

It was a simple operation to clean our 6x9 wool rug. Tilton picked up the rug from my porch as we prearranged, cleaned it, and returned it later to my porch. Was diligent about calling to reschedule when he couldn't make the first appointment.

Mike, the provider, was very responsive on a timely basis in scheduling the appointment and arriving on time on the day promised. He was very professional, knowledgeable about his work, and he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He was also organized and efficient in his work. I would definitely use Tilton Cleaning and Restoration again.

They were great to deal with and very pleasant. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I spent $200.

We purchased a deal through Angie's List for tile cleaning. The person who arrived was prompt and professional, and we were very pleased with the difference in the appearance of the tile and grout after the service was performed.

Tilton did a very good job cleaning my sofa, ottoman, and rug. I am pleased with the job they did and the customer service I received. There were some glitches but Mike made sure that I was happy and in the end I am a satisfied customer.

They pick and drop off rugs, so it is very convenient.

It went very well. They were willing to pick up the rug at a time that worked for our schedule. They were punctual and courteous as they came to move furniture and secure the rug. The rug was returned within a reasonable time and put in place by Tilton and the furniture was replaced as well. This rug was overdue to be cleaned and we couldn't be happier with the results. It looks great!

Fabulous. First time I used Tilton. I had been looking for a less expensive carpet cleaning service than I had been using. They were not only less they were much better. The previous vendor could never get spots out of a light colored area rug-Tilton did it easily. Polite, efficient, arrived right at 8am as he said he would. I STRONGLY recommend this company.

They were good. They were on time and did a fine job. I had to have them come back because one of the carpets wasn't clean enough but they fixed it. It didn't take long for the carpets to dry.

The first visit they arrived promptly, cleaned my armchair in place, and took the rugs for cleaning. Very professional and friendly. I was in the process of moving, and I asked that they return the rugs to my new place after the move. They returned them today, and everything looks fabulous. It is great to have lovely clean rugs in my new home.

No work was performed. The "A" ratings reflect their promptness in calling me and indicating that they do not perform the service I required. The date indicated is purely arbitrary.

Great cleaning job . They know their job.

Upon arrival provider educated me that his service was not great at cleaning bathroom mold and indirectly communicated the service was better for kitchens. He was very nice, honest and professional. There was no significant improvement but he warned me this might be the case.

It worked out very well. They were prompt and efficient in getting it out. They came back in a timely fashioned. They did a good job and I will use them again.
