There were a couple sales people there that didn't seem to want to help; in the end I ended up working with 5 different sales people to complete my order.

Choosing the floor tile was a terrific experience. As it turns out, it was the owner himself who helped us, but we didn't know that until afterward. We came to the store with samples of our cabinet stain and countertop. The owner asked us a few questions and we browsed a bit together - within maybe 10 minutes he put together about 5 options in different price points (we didn't give a budget/price point). We took 3 of the samples home and one was a clear winner for us. It was a good shopping experience and we're very happy so far with the installed tile (it has been in for 2 months). By contrast, we went to a competitor before shopping at Tiles plus more, and at that store we walked in and walked out thoroughly confused by all of the options. We had a much better idea with what we wanted for the backsplash. They had a great selection of different decorative tiles - we went with a travertine tile accented with glass/metallic tiles. We had reasonable assistance, but if we did not have such a good idea of what we wanted, it might not have been such a good experience.

They had a great selection. They were incredibly helpful. We went to a bunch of different tile places. They had a great selection. The person that helped us was fantastic. They helped us focus in on what we needed immediately. We were able to get a 20% discount on some other tiles that was on sale on close out. We got a great deal on it. We had gone past at another tile place. The contractor that is doing the work told us to just go there. I was blown away at what they had in terms of products that were there and how helpful they were. The cost was very competitive and less than what we had seen at any place else. We had some interesting additional ancillary items that are very useful. They have bars and hand rails that we don’t have to drill to install which was interesting. They have been fantastic. I paid $302 for the wall tile and $375 for the floor tile. When we got in, we told the woman what we were doing and what we wanted. Since it's a rental property, we wanted a modern look with minimal cost. She took us right over to a bunch of stuff and helped us focus in on eight or ten different selections. She let us take them home and try them for 4-5 days and see them in different lights. It was really incredible. When she checked on the pricing of the floor tile for us, I was able to negotiate a 20% discount. I got a call at 8 o' clock the morning after. They were in with the pricing before I was barely awake. They are just incredibly responsive. She told me she would check on the availability and what she could in terms of price. She was back the next morning at 8 o' clock. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Nice store and helpful staff. Handling orders though, is poor, which set my project back a month. You will have to manage that closely if you buy thru them. I ordered 550 sq ft of flooring, 26 boxes. "No problem, distributor has 6000 sq ft. It'll be here in 5-7 days. We'll call you." They didn't. I called them and got, "uhh... I'll get back to you." They called back and said "3 boxes came in a few days ago. The distributor misread the order." I have to wonder: when 3 boxes come for an order of 26, don't you ask why? And why don't you call me? And when you order quantity 26, don't you get an order confirmation? "The remaining 23 boxes will be here in 3 days. We'll call you." They didn't call. I called them and arranged for delivery. Their concession for these screw ups was half price on the home delivery. Oddly, the new 23 boxes were brown and the first 3 were in orange boxes with a different part number. Of course, the new 23 boxes were wrong and not even close. I called the store. Didn't you check? Oh yes, we called the distributor who said they were the same. Didn't it occur to you to open them? No. And again, this was the distributor's error. Back they go, and another week goes by. Lets reschedule the tradesmen again. This time it's a drop ship from the distributor. Third time was the charm. Like I said, nice people and show room, but managing inventory and orders is poor. They are pushing me to Internet purchases.

Scott and his team went way above and beyond by helping us select and change our product several times during the installation and giving us advice to deal with contractor issues. Everyone at the store went out or their way to help us. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

They had a very reasonable price with a good quality product. They were prompt and professional when I used them.

I have renovated, or am renovating, every bathroom in my house, as well as the kitchen and mudroom. I have purchased all of my tile, stone and materials from Tiles Plus, requiring many different shopping trips and decisions. I probably have interfaced with every Tiles Plus employee, including the store pet. I honestly would not go anywhere else for my tile. I have received so much help and so much advice, and have received generous discounts, that I cannot imagine topping this experience. The advice and help I have received has applied both with regard to design, products best suited for different applications (such as steam shower, vs kids bath, vs kitchen backsplash, vs mudroom), as well as the type of cement and grout to use for different applications. They have referred me to others for granite, plumbing fixtures, installers and every one of those referrals has panned out perfectly. If I hadn't stopped in to Tile Plus and asked Scott where to buy or whom to see for this and that, I probably never would have assembled the dream team I've got in place now. It's hard to single out one person, but if I did not single out Barbara I would be remiss. She is so incredibly knowledgable and has helped me navigate the finer details of which pencil strip to use, how and where to end the tile, which tile to use on the shower curb or face of the bench, which grout color, brand and additive (or not) or sealer (or not) to use on glass vs natural stone vs porcelean tile. She has helped figure out the needed quantities, where which pieces will go, how to end the tile run neatly, and what products to use for ease of maintenance. The products have all been top quality as well. We've had zero issues with the tiles - the condition, color, variation, etc. They are extremely flexible with returns (if you buy extra and don't need it) and add-ons. If you're a DIYer, are not using a designer, or even if you are, and have a vision or color scheme you'd like to tile around, I highly recommend stopping in to Tiles Plus.

Upon leaving this store. we went to several other tile stores - all of which provided normal courteous service. Tiles Plus More is a real mystery - I don't know how it can stay in business!

Horrible. the first time I went in there I went in to browse. I must have been in there for a good 1/2 hour and NOT ONE person acknowledged me....but there were enough people chatting around the counter to play on a football team. Not a hello, not can I help you - NOTHING. And it was the middle of the week and the place was mainly empty. I went back only because they had a wonderful selection and I figured I would give them another go. The order process was easy enough only because I knew what i was doing. I called 6 weeks later and was told everything was in. I scheduled my tile guy and called to set up delivery - only to find out things werent all in. Fine, things ahppen. Would have been nice if this information was relayed to me.....so I was told that it would all be in a day next week and arranged delivery. The day came and nothing. I was away and asked for it to be left by the garage. When I returned and saw that there was no delivery I called the store again. The girls who always answer the phone are rude, put off and generally annoyed to have to help. Once again I was told all of the material wasnt in. I am just waiting for the rest of the material to arrive and I will never go back tot his store again, i will tell everyone not to go there and I am writing on here for people not to go there. There are plenty of other tile stores around.

I have gone there a few times and they are always very helpful. They are always willing to answer my questions. They work to make sure you can find materials within your budget. I love my tiles! When I got my laminate flooring, they recommended service providers that could install the floor for me. One of the boxes of flooring was damaged and Tiles Plus More reached out to the vendor and was able to replace the laminate flooring at no cost to me. I would use them again!

They had a 15% off sale ad in the local newspaper. They have a huge showroom with lots of choices to choose from. I was referred to them partially by the newspaper and partially by a local contractor. The price was reasonable. They were not messy too.

Scott and the staff at Tiles Plus More have advised us since the start of our project, helping us to find just the tile and flooring we wanted at a great price. They have a huge selection of tile at many price levels, and were sensitive to our budget. We were easily able to find just what we had envisioned for our bathrooms and kitchen, and when we needed to quickly choose some additional flooring tile, they pointed us to just the right ones. The selection can be overwhelming, and it was great to be able to describe the look we wanted for our rooms and be guided in the right direction. The staff at Tiles Plus More helped us with everything from grout colors to switch plates, and have always been professional, cheerful and willing to spend as much time as we need. Their prices are competitive...better than the other stores we browsed. There's a kids' play area with a TV/videos that kept our child happy and safe while we shopped. I've already referred two friends to Tiles Plus More for their renovation projects, and I know we'll be back whenever we need tile or vinyl/laminate flooring.

Tiles Plus had a big showroom with lots of displays of tiling for bathroom and kitchen. The sales people were very knowledgeable and helped us to choose the correct tiles that would match our bathroom fixtures, especially the jacuzzi.
