+ -1 moreI don't think the tech knew how to handle the work he was doing, and he inserted a disc that downloaded spam onto my computer. This resulted in an inundation of spam; this slowed our computers to a crawl. We still can't get rid of the spam, this resulted in slowing a previously fast computer to a crawl.
Description of Work: The tech came to my home to download data to an external hard drive that I'd purchased from Staples.
