 + -1 moreDemolishing our existing home and constructing a new one was a daunting process. Socrates was amazing throughout the entire process. He is a topnotch builder and his attention to detail is outstanding. Our project started on time and more importantly ended on time which is pretty amazing considering the complexity of the project. He gave us a very competitive detailed proposal and the final price came in right on budget! We did have some extra's completed and these were all reasonably priced. Socrates works with great sub-contractors and they obviously all have a great working relationship. I would use Sirafos Construction again for any construction project and so should you!!!
Description of Work: Sirafos Construction & Development demolished an existing small house and constructed our new home.
