I called PEP enterprises to have him come out and give me an estimate on leveling a portion of my yard. He called me back right away, from his vacation on a tropical island and we had a very nice conversation. Made an appointment for a week or so later. He never showed up, so I called and spoke to a woman who knew nothing about the appointment and set up another one. Yet again I sat around waiting and no one showed up. I am understanding of forgetting once, but not twice. I called again and the woman told me how he was called to an important job etc. etc. Again, I'm an understanding person if you're kind and apologetic about it, but I definitely should have been called ahead of time. I rearranged a Saturday for this, and I didn't even get an apology. All I got was excuses and how it wasn't his fault. I'm sorry, but not being professional enough to call an appointment and reschedule is absolutely your fault. Maybe he does a good job, but I don't know what kind of business you're running if you don't even bother with common courtesy. Maybe he just needs a new person doing his bookings and making the calls.
