Perfect. He came to my house to assess the work that needed to be done, clearly outlined my options, gave me sound advice, and was back within days to execute the work. His work was clean, efficient, and there were no surprises. Outstanding service, and a decent guy.

Outstanding service! Derek (the owner) was very friendly, professional, on time, and able to explain (in laymen's term) what work he was doing and why. Other places I called quoted a week out for service; Derek was able to come the same day! I purchased a replacement part for him to use, and unfortunately it was defective. Derek made two trips to the plumbing store where I purchased the item, took care of the exchange, and did not charge me for that time. We try to give our business to small, family-run companies, and this is a great example of why we do so. We will happily use Nord Plumbing and Heating in the future.

Super honest and competent

We contacted Nord Plumbing and Heating to have some work done on our Multi-family home, after a co-worked referred us. Derek (owner) came to our home fairly quickly after we called to take a look and give us a quote. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. We made an appointment for the following week. Unfortunately our newborn became ill the afternoon before our appointment and I had to call Derek to reschedule. I felt bad giving him such short notice but he was very understanding on the phone and told us it was no problem - not what I've experienced in the past with other plumbers and electricians. We rescheduled for the end of the week. Derek was very punctual on the day of service (which we appreciated as a very busy new parents). He arrived early in the day and explained what he would be doing and how long it would take him. The job looked great and he cleaned up all areas very well when he was done. Derek recommended a great Kohler tub for when we're ready to replace our old tubs in both units. He also gave us the name of a roofer we could use to fix some damaged spots on the house, who also worked out well. He left me with his business card and told us to call if we were having any other issues. It was apparent that customer satisfaction was important to him. I'm not one to blindly give 5 stars or A's on every rating, but Nord Plumbing and Heating has given us truly excellent service. We are planning to call Derek for more services as our remodel progresses.
