Description of Work: Mike was amazing with the order and Mike the installation guy was true perfection. The price was about $1200 lower than the other company I had used in the past. They were attentive, responsive, helpful and worthy of five stars!

+ -1 moreHe was very unprofessional when I spoke to them over the phone. Josh was very full of himself and stated they were a multi-million dollar company and insinuated can't be bothered. They were supposed to come out on Tuesday and know one showed up or called. I contacted them and they stated that Josh would contact me because he was not in on Tuesday. He did not and I contacted him. When I spoke with Josh and explained that I have physical therapy and need to have a set appointment. He stated he did not have the time and hung up. He words were, "we are multi-million dollar company, go find another store" and hung up the phone. His attitude has really put me off. I find this to be very unprofessional. It is not appropriate in todays economy to come up with such words.
Description of Work: In the past they installed a fireplace enclosure. I was contacting them to repair the old one and install a new one.
