Harvey, the salesperson we worked with, was patient, informative, and not at all pushy. After spending almost an hour waiting for a harried salesperson to answer our questions at Home Depot, the stellar service at Natick Appliance was a welcome change. And their prices are competitive. In fact, by buying a floor model fridge, we got a much better deal here than we'd found anywhere else. Delivery was on time and went smoothly. We were very pleased with our experience at Natick Appliance and highly recommend them.

Very good. I simply mentioned what machine I wanted and they ordered it and then told me when it would be delivered. The trucking company employees were easy to deal with, very agreeable and helpful. I have ordered from Natick Appliance in the past, but back then I went to the store to research the product.

After our Maytag Neptune died after only 6 yrs, I went into the neighborhood Natick Appliance hoping for some guidance. I was shown a Fisher & Paykel washer, which I had never heard of. I went home, did internet research, and for the features and price, went with it. Harvey, the salesman, wasn't pushy but informative and very understanding. Also showed me a GE and a Whirlpool washer, but for the almost $500 dollar difference, we went with the F & P. Delivery was 2 days later, on time and also was given a discount for minor dent on bottom left side of washer. I will look to Natick Appliance if we ever need any service or other appliances!

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. PROMPT & COURTEOUS. THEIR REPAIRMEN SEEM TO REALLY KNOW THE MACHINES (MAYTAGS), AND HAVE THE NECESSARY PARTS WITH THEM. THE WOMAN WHO WORKS IN THE OFFICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. (THE PRICE I HAVE GIVEN IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE WORK I HAVE HAD DONE.)
