Description of Work: "Master Chimney cleaned our chimney's two flues, one being from our gas furnace, cleaned the ash pit and replaced two cast iron cleanout doors. Vinny and Billy had the all the work finished in about an hour, much quicker than expected at a nice discount. The negligible about of ash dust was restricted to only the fireplace mantel, a very nice surprise for my clean freak nature. |My two next door neighbors had their chimneys cleaned immediately after ours, one of whom just had a chimney fire. Everyone was very pleased with the experience. "

Description of Work: The company came out to give me as estimate for chimney repair. I did not choose them because of their exorbitant estimate. While other companies were coming in at approximately $2500 for the repair, this company quoted over $5000 for the same work.

Description of Work: The service tech thoroughly cleaned both my fireplace chimney and my furnace chimney. One exhaust pipe was found to be corroded, and it was replaced by the tech. His report was complete and easy to follow. A smooth experience.

Description of Work: Great service person. Very thorough in explaining the process and identifying safety issues and suggestions. Upon ending the job, conditions were immaculate, as of you would never know a rather sooty job took place. Due to weather there was a late arrival, but completely understandable.

Description of Work: Two flues were cleaned and inspected. The technician was prompt and friendly, and left the area very clean. He advised that I have more work done, replacing the chimney liner, and gave me a time-line of when that should happen.

Description of Work: Bait and switch. The company would call to schedule an appointment and quote a price. The cleaning person would charge a price thirty to fifty dollars more. First time they gave us the quoted price. Second time the cleaning person called us liars. Good luck Master Chimney as we have moved on.
