Description of Work: Very professional company, they called me back quickly on my inquiry, gave me a reminder email the day before. Called 30 minutes before coming and explained all services and costs upfront. I got the chimney cleaned and a weather cap installed. Very clean. Thank you Mark and the Master Chimney Sweepers Company for a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Came to clean chimneys, for fireplace, water heater and furnace. This was excellent and the service and professionalism was fantastic. However was told that I need to replace the chimney liner. (They quoted a rather steep cost). I decided to get a second opinion and chimney was inspected and I was told that no liner was needed at all. Kind of took away from giving them an A.

Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned our main fireplace chimney. Our tech was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He took very good care of us and our property. He even helped modify and move his schedule around to accommodate a problem on our end. I appreciated the high level of customer service we received.

Description of Work: New homeowners. House circa 1800. The gentleman checked out our chimney, cleaned it, and confirmed it was good to go in terms of draft, safety, etc. The considerable extra expense was associated with structural repair work he did on the spot to the fireplace floor and in the basement (ashpit) to make sure everything was safe. More than I was expecting to pay but good work, professional demeanor, and best of all a working fireplace.
