Description of Work: Lisa's Leases brokers contacts between housing hunters and landlords with apartments and houses to rent. She works for the Lessor, and performs employment, banking, and credit verifications on prospective tenants and obtains reports from past landlords. Her investigations are exhaustive and she presents all collected information on all prospective tenants to enable landlords to select the best match. She does all the advertising via the website and prepares the entire lease package. She keeps up to date on State laws affecting the rental market and ensures that all guidelines are followed. She is also a Notary, should such services be needed. Her fee is 1 month's rent, usually collected from the tenant, but negotiation between tenant and landlord is possible. Not having to deal with calls and appointments is well worth the fee.
