Description of Work: Kitchen remodel, den remodel, upstairs dormer. John did a great job and has excellent subcontractors. His wife, Kim, handles all of the contracts, building permits etc. and does a great job also. They do excellent work and are a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Description of Work: He gutted my family room (and the attic above it) and completely renovated the room floor to ceiling, new windows, built-in lighting, Built in entertainment unit (beautiful) wooden flooring etc. He covered the doors in plastic and a always cleaned up after himself.very decent and professional. Also did the flooring in my living room with the same material; beautiful. it's like I have a whole new home. My favorite place to hang-out now. would definitely use him again if needed. Description of Work: John (Lancaster) came out to look at a bathroom renovation project. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. As we went through the proposal phase, we communicated through e-mail (which I prefer) and my questions were always promply answered and he got the proposal to me in just a few days. In the end, his estimate came in a bit high. However, based on our contact, had the price come in closer to what we wanted to spend, I would have had no qualms about hiring him.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. The owner of the business was always there on the job every day. Their work was meticulous, they were always there when they said they would be and they didn't start any other jobs until ours was completely finished. I would highly recommend them.
