JILL'S Cleaning - Maids at your Service

Thiago did not show up for scheduled appointment and I waited all day. After I called and complained he made anoher appointment and did show up. His quote was high but I needed the help. I called to schedule THREE time and never received a return call. I don't know how they got a high rating from Angies list, butthey are NOT RELIABLE.

They cleaned and dusted everything, scrubbed out the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator, cleaned the bathrooms, and vacuumed and washed all of the floors. We were very happy with the work, and in fact, I'm thinking about hiring them for regular cleaning. They were thorough and very pleasant to work with. It was a lot of hard work.

I spoke to Thiago over the phone and he was extremely professional. We set a date with the arrival time to be 8am. Unfortunately, the cleaners showed up 45 minutes late which made me upset and then proceeded to be very slow. They also did not take direction well from my sitter. BUT, I want to mentioned that I spoke to Thiago immediately and told him about what happened. He was extremely apologetic and said this would not happen again. True to his word, the second cleaning was a few weeks ago and there were two new women who showed up promptly and did a fabulous job. I am extremely impressed by Jill's Cleaning Service since they really understand customer service. They go the distance to make sure there are no issues with their service and ensure all cleaning goals are met. I look forward to a rewarding relationship going forward. Thanks Thiago and Jill! The cleaners do an excellent job and offer a competitive price. We had previously used another service which was less expensive but we were ultimately not happy with the work.

Overall, Jill's did a very good job. I liked the fact that the supervisor came in halfway during the job to check on things. If I asked one of the cleaners to re-do an area, she did so without complaint.

We recently hired Jill's cleaning to clean our house after a large scale 1st floor renovation project. Thiago was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and quickly scheduled an on-site visit to assess the project. We asked for a top to bottom cleaning including extras, such as cleaning the walls, any existing window treatments and the inside surfaces of windows. The rough estimate was ~ $500. Our time table was very tight because we had to organize the cleaning at the tail end of construction but before moving into the house, which was a time span of 2 days. Thiago was extremely flexible and responsive via phone and email about scheduling the visit. As one can imagine, this was a stressful time with a lot of moving parts to organize. Amazingly, everything went very smoothly. Overall, they did a spectacular job. The house looked amazing! It was such a relief to be able to move into our new, CLEAN home after months of construction. For anyone who is dealing with a similar situation, we highly recommend Jill's Cleaning. It's incredible how much dust and crud a construction project can generate and there was no way we could have dealt with this on our own. We were truly impressed and very happy with the results.

We purchased a fixer-upper house and did significant renovation on it before moving in. Jill's Cleaning cleaned the home once in August right before we moved in ($655). Then after moving in we continued renovation work and had the house cleaned again ($655) before the holidays in preparation for having company. The first cleaning involved the cleaning of construction debris, sanding dust, and years upon years of grime and grease from the previous owners. Jill's Cleaning made the place look like a whole different place. At least four members of the crew were cleaning for at least 8 hours. They spent hours in the kitchen alone. They also cleaned out the basement and garage. The attention to detail was terrific. My wife and I could not believe the transformation. The second time we had the place cleaned, we asked Jill's Cleaning to focus on sanding dust, which we had gotten all over the house since the August cleaning. Sanding dust was all over the walls, ingrained in the hardwood floors, on the books in the bookshelves, in the cupboards, etc etc. Sanding dust is incredibly persistent. We were again very happy with the work of Jill's Cleaning. They did floors and walls multiple times until no traces of dust remained. They dusted every single thing in our house, even books and knickknacks. Again a transformation. By this point our house is well on the way to being finished inside and Jill's Cleaning's work made it look like a beautiful home. We were proud to show off our fixed up house to our family when they came for the holidays. At the conclusion of the cleanings they walk through the house with you, and if they (or you) notice anything not 100% clean, they fix it right then and there. We are now using them for monthly cleanings. Well worth it. Thank you!

Jill arrived on time at the scheduled appointment. Shortly after, her cleaning crew got to our house. They spent roughly 5 hours cleaning an empty house (we wanted a full, top to bottom, cleaning before our move). After all was done, the house didn't show much improvement over what we had seen. We ended up spending the next few days going around and seeing things that were supposed to be clean but were either poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all and having to clean them ourselves. From bath tubs with hair still in them to shelves that were not dusted to cobwebs in obvious locations, the list is too long. We will not be contracting them again.

Thiago called back promptly and I met with him the next day to go over what I would liked cleaned. His crew came out within the next couple of days and did everything I asked. I would highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job. The first clean was a deep clean which took about 5 hours of work. I've really never seen my house this clean. It was fantastic to come to my home and see the excellent job they had done. I was also impressed that they cleaned out my fireplace. I'm definitely excited to have them come to my home once a month. As an FYI, these cleaners request that you provide your own cleaning supplies. I actually like that because I get to pick the supplies I want (whether it be the all natural, non-toxic variety). Overall, A+

They were very punctual and the lady was very sweet. We didn't use them because the price was a little expensive.

THE OWNER, THIAGO CALLED ME BACK AFTER LOOKING THROUGH HIS CALLER ID, SINCE MY VOICEMAIL WAS NOT CLEAR WITH MY NUMBER. I COMPLETELY RETRACT THE BAD MARK, THIAGO AND HIS TEAM CLEANED MY OFFICE BREAK ROOM AND IT LOOKS AMAZING!!! I PLAN ON USING THEM FOR ALL MY FUTURE CLEANING NEEDS!!

Spectacular company with courteous responsive staff. Started with a free estimate in April followed by communicating on schedule. We had some delays with other projects but they came through on the dates and helped us in keeping to our move schedule. Confirmed the day before - arrived PERFECTLY on time and ready to start!!Jill and one more team member had their task cut out because of dust from hardwood sanding covering EVERYTHING!! Thiago called to confirm the changes and got approval before starting on wall mopping that was not part of the initial estimates - this was quite impressive. The ladies worked for over 6 hours and the house is in great shape - Ready to Move!!

They are phenomenal! I am super happy with them. I recently gave negative feed back about Jill's, but I would like to retract it. I called them 2 or 3 times and left messages, and no one reached out to me. We finally got together, and he came out today. He cleaned the kitchen/break room, beyond what I could have imagined. I would recommend their services.

The man that came out was very pleasant. I did get a very nice estimate and a detailed list of all the things I needed to purchase for the cleaning. It turns out that they wanted me to purchase all of the ingredients. I feel they should let people know that is not included. The guy did come out right away, he just didn't mention I would have to have everything available for him. I probably would have used them if I didn't have to purchase all of the cleaning items myself.

We had recently moved into a smaller (1400 sq ft) home in the Waltham area and the previous owners did not appear to be too fond of cleaning. Previous owners also had 3 cats and a small child. Our home is two floors and a small, finished basement area...all covered in hair and years of dust/neglect. After several weeks of trying to get the house in order around my hectic schedule, I decided to call for professional back-up. Thiago responded quickly to my request for an estimate and came by at the appointed time. He listened to our needs and responded quickly via email with an estimate that was very reasonable, and sent along a list of supplies we were to provide. The two-person crew arrived on time and cleaned quietly and efficiently. I had to leave while the crew was still working and had forgotten to let my husband know the amount to write on the check. Instead, Thiago emailed me and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied prior to paying. I was thrilled with a clean, cat-hair free home! I mailed in the check and requested an estimate for cleanings twice a month, which was promptly answered. I plan on using Jill's service in the future and I'm very happy with their professionalism, their efficiency, and their great customer service.

Jills Cleaning answered my phone call personally, no voicemail, and promptly scheduled an estimate visit for which they showed up exactly on time. We received the detailed estimate via email and they uickly scheduled a cleaning session on a convenient date. The cleaning crew showed up precisely at the scheduled time and worked the entire time without a break. Overall, their service was absolutely outstanding: courteous, prompt, affordable, and thorough. I have used a number of cleaning service providers in more than 30 years in this area and Jill's is far and away the best one I have ever had. We were so pleased with their service that we have engaged them for a monthly cleaning.

After reading reviews on Angie's list, I called Jill for an estimate. She was able to provide one within 1 day. Then, a crew of two people came in and cleaned the house according to our instructions. The house was empty, with no furniture; just appliances. They did a great job cleaning. They used their own supplies.

Jill has been cleaning our house once per month for the past 5 months and we absolutely love her. She and the women who work with her are amazing. They are prompt, professional, and do an amazing job. The day they come is the best day of the month in our house! From the second they enter the house, they are a whirlwind of cleaning activity. I am always impressed at how hard they work and how beautiful our house looks when they are done. I like the fact that this is a family business and that Jill (the owner) is usually there and involved in the cleaning. It seems to me that this makes them more vested in doing a good job and having happy customers. When we first tried them this past summer, I thought we might just do a one time cleaning, but once we had them once, we were hooked! On top of that, Jill is just really nice and a pleasure to work with. I whole heartedly recommend them!

I found Jill to be prompt, professional, and very competent. The place was far dirtier than we expected. She was able bring in additional help immediately and complete the job within the time frame. Also, she made recommendations on how to handle problematic areas and used good judgement. She went beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend her and trust her and her work implicitly. Very professional. I expect to use her routinely.

We've been using Jill's Cleaning for the last year. They do a good job cleaning everything although price is a little high. Worth it for a clean house.
