JILL'S Cleaning - Maids at your Service

I've been using this service for about two and a half years, and am completely satisfied with their work. They show up on time, do a thorough job, and are always professional and pleasant. Their initial "deep clean" is particularly good.

Jill cleans our house monthly. They are wonderful to work with as they operate by email and call if there are delays. The only issue (occasionally) is that sometimes the team does not wet mop all the wood floors. Otherwise, they are prompt, efficient and reliable. I would recommend to others!

I've been using Jill's Cleaners for a while now. Three women come to my house twice a week to clean. They are hard working and reliable. I'm very pleased with their services and highly recommend them.

Our cleared are amazing and someone with severe set allergies with sets coming home to a clear home at the adloanding wait is the best feeling.

Very, consistently on time, if a holiday is coming they call on ask if we want to change from the regular day, excellent service quality.

They were really terrible. The person came in and they were supposed to bring their own material with them. They didn't and were very hard to move, very slow and did not do what they were supposed to do. It was a horrible experience; I never had somebody like that before. They were supposed to come and clean every week for $110. Then I canceled that. It was not even about the price; they were just terrible. The quality of the service was very bad.

Cleaned the kitchen, two bathrooms, windows, blinds, living room, two bedrooms, dining room and hallway. Dusted, vacuumed, mopped, scrubbed, and deoderized

I notice that many of these reviews are from first time customers. I was a customer of Jill's Cleaning for approximately three years off and on so I feel I can convey how their service is over the long haul. As many of the first or one timers have pointed out, the initial contact with them is positive. Jill came over to go through the house and promptly gave me a quote and they began working right away on a weekly basis. At first, the cleaning was adequate from week to week---for about a month. Then I began to notice that they were rushing through the house and not always being as thorough as before. I pointed this out to Jill and the workers then stopped speaking to me but the cleaning was better. A few months in, the crew quit and I had new cleaners. They too, started out cleaning well, and then followed the same pattern. Six months went by, the head cleaner left to have a baby. Cleaning crew #3---same deal. Started out doing an okay job, then rapidly went downhill. One person left to be replaced by a new person that I had to instruct regarding my expectations. Each time this happened, I complained, things got a little better for a few weeks, then less so. I spoke to Jill and tried to come up with solutions for her to better train her workers. I suggested a checklist system and unannounced spot checks from her to keep the crews' cleaning consistent. "Great idea" was the response----happened once and very sporadically after that. Very long story short, I have had at least 6-7 different cleaning crews over the three years of service because they left Jill's Cleaning. I have had lots of conversations with Jill and Thiago, who has no clue, other than sending emails, how to deal with customer service. I find them very disorganized and non-responsive when I contact them, sometimes not hearing any response from them for days at a time. They claim that if the cleaning is not satisfactory, they will send the crew back to re-clean but only when it is convenient for THEM not the customer. My cleaning was on Friday mornings---this means no return to reclean until MONDAY. That is not satisfactory customer service. Their response to me when I complained about this, was to inform me via email that they were no longer cleaning my house. I'm sure their response will be that I was a "difficult" customer but ifj just wanting your house to be CONSISTENTLY clean is being difficult, then guilty as charged!! I tried to make things work with these people, simply because I could not bear the thought of going through this again with another service but in the end making the break from them was better for me. I cannot for the life of me understand how they keep getting Super Service awards. Maybe it's because of all of the first time or one time customer reviews. BUYER BEWARE---the inital interaction with this cleaning service is not what you will get for the long haul.

They have been ok. I have never used anyone else, so I cannot make a fair judgement and I know I am a very picky person when it comes to clean. In my opinion, they do half the job I would do, but obviously I cannot since my work schedule/ young kids don't allow it. A few times, we have unsatisfactory service, and I asked them to come back and they always have immediately and very good about it. However, I always have to be assertive and tell them to come back, it is not a given. I guess they have a super service award so they must be better than others. It would be great to have a cleaning service that really cleaned the nitty gritty (no corner cobwebs, no dust in the small corners, edging of carpets) - but speaking to others it just isn't out there. So I am happy I don't have to clean things myself every week and the price is right. I have to do my own deep cleaning every few months however. Thus a overall B.

It's all pretty good. They do a good job. They're efficient and reasonably priced.

Jill was prompt , friendly and professional. She was very accomadating and we plan on using her service regularly ..

They were punctual and very timely with their response when we first contacted them for quote. Their manager came over right away and was respectful and accommodated us with in a week. He was transparent about the costs and that the fist clean would be slightly costlier due to the amount of work, which is fair. On the day of work, they were slightly delayed, but got right to work and were very meticulous about it. They cleaned the entire house and it took them something like 5 hours. At one point, their entire team was working on the house. I really appreciate the attention to detail and did a thorough job through the entire house. For some problem areas, they took their time to ensure that it was cleaned thoroughly. I also like that they did not use any harsh chemicals for cleaning. We could definitely see a difference in the house. Overall, we received a great service and we are considering their services every month to keep our home looking good as new.

BEWARE! I used Jill's cleaning a couple of months ago for an Angie's List 2 hour deep clean. The two ladies that performed that service were absolutely excellent and this is coming from a cleaning fanatic! They cleaned my 1400 sq foot house from top to bottom in under 2 hours. They thoroughly cleaned every single surface. I requested a duplicate service with the same ladies and much to my surprise different cleaners showed up. They did not vacuum the three animals worth of hair off my floors, they did not mop. They wiped my blinds for 45 minutes with a dirty rag. They did manage to spend more than half of their time on their cell phones. I tried to reach the manager and owner of the business multiple times and did not receive a response in regards to how to handle the payment since there was some obvious miscommunication in what I requested today. Biggest waste of my hard working money of my life! I will never use them again. PLEASE do not be fooled by the level of service they provide for their Angie''s list deal. Undoubtedly they will rip you off the second time. What a terribly deceptive way to rip off customers and run your business! I guess it's their loss since they will be missing out on thousands of dollars of services.

The ladies who cleaned the house were very sweet and did a fantastic job. They came in and went right to work. Everything was spotless. They were able to clean everything from top to bottom in our 3 bed 2 bath home in 2 hrs. I appreciated that they took the time to do a walk through of the house to make sure everything was up to standard. It was difficult to schedule the appointment with their male manager but I suspect this may of had to do with the holiday season. Would definitely book again if the same cleaners are able to come to the house. Also hoping a biweekly rate would be a bit less expensive.

Not a lot stands out. They have done a decent job and are fairly affordable, but I am not exactly blown away by their service so far. They have only shown up several times. They don't really speak English very well.

We really like them. Jill’s Cleaning is very punctual. They are very professional. I think the guy who handles all the job that he had the appointment for everybody. He is very good. The service was good. They missed one place and when I told them that I found one place they clean well they were very nice and they said they will return back for that and inspect it but I didn’t use them again because I have the need. They were very good. I actually meant to put in some comment that I did review but I didn’t have time to do it. The bill was okay. They give me like $250 and I negotiated because there is empty place with no furniture et al and they talk to the owner and they came back with $225 service cost. The price is reasonable. I know there are cheaper once but I don’t know. They are very professional, very good and helpful i.e. carrying some stuff and being just I didn’t ask them and they are just there to help me. I think so I will use them if I needed to have cleaning they may coming again. I definitely will call them again.

They have been great. They are reliable and honest. We've never had any problems with them. They were punctual.

When I contacted Jill's Cleaning, Thiago responded right away. Everyone is very nice and professional. They show up when they say they will, and charge a reasonable fee for the services provided. Great job cleaning!

They work very hard to fill special requests. They really jumped into the fray when we really needed them. They did want they said they would do in a timely manner. There were 3 cleaners that came to do the work and they arrived promptly. Everything was satisfactory.

She has een agreed to add an additional service (steam cleaning the first floor rugs after vacuuming with a steamer we own - we have dogs!) at ho extra charge. We are vey satisfied with the service.

I used them for a Deep clean prior to a work party at my house. They did an incredible job with that and cost about $400 (3-4 hours) for a 2400 sf house, plus basement. ||I now get bi weekly cleanings, and they always come and get it done fairly quickly. Almost everything is great. Every now and then we see areas that were not vaccummed to our likeing and there have been times that a room was not "finsihed" ,meaning blankets were still on the floor etc. because they didnt do a final walkthrough...hence the B score. The price is great though and a love that the manager is responsive via email.
