Description of Work: We are moving and the home inspection showed ants in the attic. They were very thorough, on time and it took no time at all to get an appointment scheduled. The warranty is also transferrable to our buyers which was not the case with all I contacted. Very Happy.

Description of Work: I said I would use this company again , but with a caveat. We have a post and beam room (30ft high) with "panels" that make up the ceiling and walls. They are a combination of plywood, foam insulation and sheet rock. We noticed that it seemed to be 'snowing the rigid insulation' in the room in one spot and were concerned that insects had gotten into the panels. We NEVER saw any bugs in the house but... Two of the three companies we spoke to were quite expensive, mostly because they would have to get on a ladder 30 ft up inside the room. Integrated said the problem could be dealt with from the outside, so their price was quite a bit lower. What they did not tell us was that there was a possibility that the ants (as it turns out) could start coming/coming INTO the house to die!! Which they did at a rate of about 35-40/day...falling on the couch where we sit to watch TV and the bed in the loft of the room!! Big black ants, some with wings...really gross. The response was they they could not predict where the ants would go to die and if they were still there in 4 weeks they would come back and retreat...4 weeks!!!??? Pretty gross 4 weeks. The ants were still falling on us after 4 weeks. They came back and retreated and did a couple of other things to try to resolve the problem. The ants continued to fall on us but did subside over a week or two and I haven't seen any since. So they took care of the problem but really should let folks know what could possibly happen.

Description of Work: This was just a stop-by-our house follow-up visit to deliver 6 clothes moth traps; but we have used this company since 1990, in 3 different houses, for many needs, inc. termites, carpenter ants and wasps. My parents also used them for many years. Chuck Danielson, the proprietor, is first-rate: professional, knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and obtains excellent results. Description of Work: We had wasps entering our home. The guy that came out was able to very quickly identify the entry point both from the outside and the inside, taped up the recessed light and fumigated from the outside. Haven't had a problem since.
