We had giant a wasp nest in a bush in the front yard, plus yellow jackets living behind our shutters in the back yard. The scheduling of the appointment was easy, the technician who came out very knowledgable, very nice. (And to my mind quite brave to be doing this job.) Totally satisfied with this company, will use them again. Did in fact call them in a panic about a month later, about a billion winged ant like insects were flying out of a hole by my driveway. I got a call back quickly and the woman on the phone had me describe the insects and told me that it was nothing to worry about. Based on the season and because of my description they were not swarming termites, but a harmless insect that I didn't have to worry about. Thank you Integrated Pest Control! You will be my first call the next time I need help!

Had a great experience with Integrated Pest Control from start to finish. First, the staff on the phone was really helpful with scheduling and talking about the services that they had available and what we could expect on the day of the work. When they were able to show up David was punctual and really great about listening and figuring out exactly what the best course of action was for the problem we had. As he was doing the work, he also pointed out things that we could do to help prevent issues in the future. Because one of the issues was mice, he had to set traps and come back later in the week to pick them up. As I mentioned I don't have the most flexible of work schedules, he offered to come before his normal appointments by 7:00 to make sure I was able to be at work on time. I was thoroughly impressed with David and Integrated Pest Control and my wife and I will be using them for all our needs in the future.

I had called 2 companies to get ballpark quotes. Integrated Pest got back very promptly, and said they could do the job the next day. I was waiting to hear from the other company, so did not book at that time. When I called back, they were able to come within 2 days. The gentleman who arrived explained everything about what he was going to do. He reassured me that the treatment used was a low level of toxicity, and that it would not harm any critter who climbed into the tree to eat the larvae. To remove the nest completely would have involved cutting several branches on the tree. He said there was no problem in leaving it there and that it would degrade over the winter. When the treatment was done, he checked to see if there were any other problems. He also warned me about walking my dog in the area of the next for a couple of hours in case there were any half-dead hornets on the ground which might sting him. They were bald-faced hornets, which he said were large, aggressive, and mean. I was told to call back within a week if further activity was observed and treatment would be completed at no charge.I was very pleased with the service and particularly with the amount of information that was given to me. The fact that the firm had Eco-Accreditation was a big plus, and the Senior Discount a welcome surprise.

While he found evidence of mice, the traps did not catch anything at all. It's hard to tell if there was only one really loud mouse, that my own trap killed, or more. Since no more creatures were caught it is hard to judge the quality.

They did a great job. The owner showed up and I haven't had a problem since. I also have a warranty with them as well. I had a question for them about the senior discount and they e-mailed me right back with the answer. De. 2010 Insect control lasted the entire season.

It went very well. They are very professional. We discussed different ways to handle it. They went around back and found a small hole that could have been a nest, I would have never noticed, this was another potential issue they took care of. Nothing has come back.

At first I thought the $225 was a bit steep, but we haven't seen or heard of any new mice and the service is guaranteed for 6 months. I would recommend IPC to my friends and neighbors.

We began to notice yellow jackets appearing in the kitchen. We figured they were coming in through a vent as we knew there was a nest we had sprayed with something from the store, on the other side of the wall. Given that we had seen 4 yellow jackets appear in only a couple of hours we called Integrated Pest Control right away as we were heading into a long weekend. They sent over a techician in UNDER a half hour!! He arrived, spoke with us, agreed there was most likely a nest within the wall as well. He taped off the vent and sprayed the nests outside. He also let us know that it is guaranteed and if we see anymore to give them a call and they will come back at no additional charge. Their quick response was greatly appreciated given that we have a child and a cat! We will definitely use Integrated Pest Control for any future needs.

I have not had the mouse problem after they came. They were thorough, helpful and timely. I carefully looked at various companies and they were the most reasonably priced. They also had good reviews on Angie?s list. They did good quality work.

Both times integrated pest control came to my home the service was excellent and reasonably priced. Very easy to make appointment, my phone call was promptly returned. Technician was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Most important, I haven't seen a mouse or ant since their visit. I had another exterminator who attempted to treat ant problem. He made four visits to our home and I still had ants. Furthermore, he charged for each visit. Integrated pest control has a six month guarantee.

So far what they have done has been effective. It was easy to get a hold of them. They came to my home and gave me an estimate and they were on time for the appointment. They explained things thoroughly.

Did great work! Got rid of all the carpenter ants (and made it clear that we were to call him for a free follow-up visit if we noticed any surviving ants). Underbid another company by $55 (other company also was pushing a yearly re-inspection contract on us). Friendly, helpful (explained that there is some wood that is being sold as "pressure treated" that is really not).

This company will leave me a flier in the mailbox to let me know what services they have performed. They have set traps for the termites and will check and recharge them. I feel confident that they are doing a good job.

During winter treated interior for current grease ant problem using gel and syringe in floor cracks (one treatment). Placed ant bait traps in basement. Ants were killed and did not return. Returned in spring to treat exterior of house.

Explained everything he did and what we should and should not do. Told us to call if we still saw ants after 3 weeks, which we did and he came out again. Was very pleasant and very prompt.

As you can imagine, we wanted to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. He came out very quickly and then returned a week and a half later to finish the job. He definitely knew what he was doing and came well recommended.

They provide a very good service. I have been a customer for 30 years. They guarantee their work for 6 months, so if you have a problem before the 6 months they will come out and treat for ants at no charge. I have hired them for a mouse problem in the past.

Integrated Pest Control Inc. is very knowledgeable and thorough in their pest extermination. Sometimes it takes two or three phone calls to get them here, but when we do contact them they get here on time and get busy right away. The initial fee is stated, but they charge less for follow ups.

This company charges fairly and we like them a lot. They go easy on what they charge you and they are easy on the treatments they are putting down too. They are very accurate about what they do. They are extremely detail oriented and do not leave a mess anywhere. We have found them to be a pretty stand up place and so we would happily tell others that to date, we have been what I would call completely satisfied customers.

When I noticed some sawdust in my flower beds near the house I called Integrated immediately. I had used them in the past (2000) and was pleased. The response was quick and we set up an appointment for two days later. An approximate estimate was provided over the phone between $200 and $250. Chuck arrived earlier than the appointment time and is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He knew right away the problem was carpenter bees and then showed me a wasp nest and a yellow jacket nest on my house that I hadn't noticed. He provided me the cost and with my approval did the job. He was careful when he sprayed and was mindful of the dog and my flower beds. Very efficient and work is covered with a three month warranty.

I called for an appointment, and they were able to schedule one within two days. They arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly.

I had trouble getting someone out soon, but they were able to come out within a few days. Their cost was reasonable, they resolved the problem, and they guaranteed their work. I was very impressed and would use them again.
