Everything went very well.? Justin Hansen and Justin Taylor came in with a tractor to dig up the pre-existing pebbles, and they dug deep enough to make room for a solid new foundation underneath the granite.? They also installed an underground PVC pipe to take water from the gutter drainpipes away from the house (the pipe is now underneath the patio).? Their landscaping worked very well, and the new arbor vitae are healthy and pretty; the land surrounding the granite floor now slopes gently upward away from the patio (before, the whole patio was flat).? They also cut the granite so that the perimeter of the patio has a rounded shape, although they gave us the option of a rectangular shape instead (we preferred the rounded shape).? Throughout this process, they kept us informed, and gave us various options along the way, and this enabled us, for example, to increase the size of the granite floor beyond what was originally planned, because it looked so good.? After the new patio was all done, they carefully re-installed a pre-existing white wooden fence and gate at the entrance to the patio (that fence had to be removed in order to provide access for their tractor).? So, this was altogether a very good experience.

We contracted with H&H after our prior contractor discontinued service and have been very happy with the service. The first snow occurred while we were away and we came home to find everything well cleared, The latest storm was not very deep but had frozen and H&H came by very early, cleared the drive and walkways and salted. Very well done. We recommended H&H to our neighbor who is also now using them.

Justin has been maintaining my property for years now, however recently I finally finished the In-Law Suite with stairs in the back of the house. One Problem: I didn't have any sort of walkway to the rear stairs. Justin did a great job educating me on the process and cost break down. very informative and professional- Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. the End result was exactly what I wanted and needed

J & J showed up at the appointed time, looked around, we had a little discussion about my lawn, an old and sick tree and my pond. They offered solutions for all 3 issues. They were rather highly priced compared to my expectations. They also missed some points I made about my preferences and intentions and initially offered some different services than what I was interested in, but over a couple of e-mails, they gave me a good estimation of what it would cost to do the work I wanted done. All work was deferred for next spring as the proper time to actually do the work. Others offer these kind of evaluation service free of cost, but with J & J, I feel that I got a more personalized and thorough approach, even though, not quite what I hoped for.

Very pleased with the service provided by Justin of H&H. I purchased the 400$ deal for 8 hrs of yard work. My yard was in rough shape for a couple of months and I needed help with a full fall cleanup. After my purchase, we communicated online to schedule the work. Justin was very responsive. Justin came by on time on the morning of Oct 30th. He was very friendly and personable. It was just him working outside, and he was very efficient. I was in the house while the work was being done and when I came outside to check on the yard, it looked fantastic. This was after a little over 4+ hours of work. We chatted at the end of his cleanup and since it didnt take him all 8hrs for which I paid, he offered to come by, free of charge to do another cleanup at my request. On 11/27, Justin came back to finish up the yard which had the rest of the seasons leaves. The yard looks great, and is ready for winter! I highly recommend H&H.

Because it is late in season, mostly a plan was made, some plants purchased now, some will be purchased in spring. Had great ideas. Flexible when I had to change my mind as I saw things shaping up. Courteous, responsive, knowledgable. Great working w them.

I met Justin from H&H Property Management through a family friend when I mentioned that I needed to do something about the old stonewall in my backyard because it looked horrible. H&H removed the old stonewall, graded the area properly, although the real artistry was in the Pennsylvania thin stone staircase with bluestone steps. They came in within budget and it was exactly what I wanted. The landscape and staircase turned my bland backyard into a functional and beautiful sight to see. Justin now maintains my property throughout the year along with plowing my driveway.

Justin started with maintaining my landscape and plowing my driveway in the winter months. Justin has always gone above and beyond what I expected. Last year he transformed my unusable sloping backyard into a stunning shrub and flower garden on the top tier with a natural stone retaining wall. Stepping stone walkways leads to a bluestone patio on the bottom tier. Justin is dedicated to his work and very professional. He is my go to contractor from maintenance, landscape, hardscape and of course snow removal.

The job came out absolutely beautiful, we could not have been happier! He went above and beyond expectations. Justin was on time, professional and courteous at all times. He had a lot of great ideas, and worked with us to make sure the yard looked the way we wanted. We were quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Our yard and pool area look fantastic and everyone asks us who did the landscaping? We happily tell them H&H Property Management. He continues to maintain our regular landscaping, and of course he will do our snow removal in the winter as well.

We were lucky to stumble upon the special offer H&H posted for landscaping service. Justin immediately contacted us the same day to schedule the service which he performed just 3 days later (and it was a holiday weekend). Justin went above and beyond all expectations. He is extremely efficient, professional and talented! Our shrubs and bushes look fantastic and our entire garden looks great with the new mulch! He made sure our yard was perfect and he even came back the next day to fill in a few holes our dog dug and remove materials we had in our vegetable garden! He sent a message thanking us for choosing H&H the following day! All around amazing service; we highly recommend H&H and will absolutely use them in the future!

With this past winter being pretty powerful and my driveway being long, I needed a guy to plow and I come across H & H. He did everything and more fro plowing, shoveling, sanding every storm. He showed and got the job done before I left for work. Never had a problem, always really professional and anytime I called with having a question or problem, he was always willing to help. If I had an emergency and needed a job done right away, he would always show withing the hour or two.

Justin is a great working. He is very dependable and always on time. He shows up first thing in the morning and will stay until the job is done. Justin has been Landscaping at my daycare for two years now and doesn't a wonderful job,

I have had several contractors in the past, at my home performing various tasks and I was really never satisfied with their service until I met Justin of H&H Property Management, . I can count on Justin to get the job done and every project went beyond what I expected. I found Justin this winter after my snow blower broke down. He came over in the middle of a blizzard and bailed me out. I was so satisfied with the service I continued having him plow for the rest of the winter. The driveway was clean and ready to go when I needed to go to work. He never failed to get the job done and always on-time. I noticed some of the other plow drivers in the neighborhood would come 8 hours after the end of a storm Justin is very responsive, courteous and does a great job. I referred him to several of my neighbors who used his services as well. Justin provides a wide range of property services year round. Very dependable.
