I was told about H&H Property management by my new neighbor so i gave them a call and i couldn't believe how nice the owner was and how he broke it all down for me so i understood what his company will be doing to help make my property look amazing. Signed a contract with them for full lawn maintenance!

I called H&H and they showed up the same day and loaded up half the snow and then pushed the rest to the side of my garage. Couldn't have been anymore impressed with how fast and professional they were.

Justin and his Crew are great, A few times I needed to get out of the driveway before the residential crew arrived. I called Justin up (he always picks up) and he came right over with his own dump truck (within 20 minutes in a blizzard) to clear the driveway. The residential crew came a few hours later to cleanup the driveway shovel the walkway and salt. Justin has great communication and really goes the extra mile. I also plan on having his perform weekly lawn maintenance!

Reliable, Reasonable price and good customer service

Went without a hitch. To be honest, I didn't even talk to anyone. They showed up, did the job and left. This is my first time aerating the lawn so I don't really know how to compare quality.

Awesome! I had purchased this deal earlier in the fall but didn't want to schedule until the leaves finally came down. Justin was very flexible and patient. When I emailed him that we could proceed he very promptly scheduled the work. They showed up as promised and his crew did an excellent job. I definitely plan to use him in the spring for various landscaping projects and possibly snow removal. He is very courteous hard working professional. I am so happy to have found him on Angie's List and look forward to a long mutually beneficial relationship.

Weekly lawn maintenance is great, friendly and courteous and exactly what is expected. I've been seeing a positive difference in my lawn ever since Justin was been maintaining it. I had a less than perfect part of my lawn and Justin brought in fresh loam, graded, finish raked and seeding it. Finish product looks great. I'm looking forward to having him handle the fall cleanup along with plowing and salting my driveway this winter as always.

Justin explained the process of how his crew was going to install both the walkway and stonewall and also educated on what technology they used in order for proper installation. He was great to work with and very friendly. The end result was exactly what I wanted and more. He will be coming back next season for phase two of the project.

I absolutely love the Justins and plan to call them for any job I need done in the future -- I don't care how far from landscaping it is. They were friendly and genuine from the beginning, and they offered by far the best price of all the other contractors I'd spoken with. They'd even said if someone else gave us a better price, they would do whatever they could to match it. They worked fast, and soon enough my yard looked amazing. It would've taken my husband five or six weekends to achieve what they did in a couple days. Actually, summer would've probably been over before my husband could do what they did. They even got rid of a couple smaller trees that were interfering with our plumbing. Also? We had a fallen gutter, and Justin Hansen got right up there on the roof and fixed it for me. These guys are great and I totally recommend their work.

I can't begin to thank H&H Property Management for making my house the talk of the neighborhood. Beforehand we had cement blocks that were tipping badly because they hadn't been built to code. The Justins knocked down that wall and were able to use those remnants to build the foundation and backing for the new wall (to code, FINALLY). They literally cut and chiseled each piece of natural rock to fit the new wall, like a gorgeous puzzle. The stairs, which had been horribly uneven and frankly dangerous, were now level and beautiful with treads and reclaimed cinderblocks of some kind (they told me the names of everything they used, but I don't remember many of them...). They even decided to relevel the upper walkway because "it wouldn't be right to leave it like that" (the new stairs made it evident that our existing pathway was very sunken and sloping, so they fixed it). They also made the new retaining wall higher than the previous one, because "it wouldn't have looked right if it were shorter." That was all without raising the price. It was artistic integrity. They ate into their own profits just so the new wall would look perfect. Look at the before-and-afters attached to this review and tell me that's not the coolest wall you've ever seen!

They aren't even done yet, and I can unequivocally say that Justin Hansen and Justin Taylor, as well as the very qualified and friendly additional employees who've come to help, are wonderful to work with. They're professional, punctual, and work like crazy to get things done. They are constantly coming up with landscaping ideas, but it never feels like a hard sell -- it's more like, "Hey, you have X, Y, and Z, have you ever thought about this?" And 99 times out of 100, it's something that has never occurred to me. Their ideas are beautiful, their work is superb, and their attitudes are fantastic. I don't care what work I have to do in the future; whatever it is, they're getting the call first. Most importantly, they are willing to work with whatever price -- they want the work, and they will make sure it's on budget, whatever that budget happens to be. I highly recommend H&H Property Management and the Justins!
