Description of Work: Called to have stair runner wool carpet removed from two flights of stairs with landings on each flight during construction, cleaned and reinstalled.

Description of Work: I am a designer and used Dover Rug for a large client purchase (whole house). They were a huge help in choosing the carpets, then brought them to the house (under construction so they had to deal with less than desirable conditions), and then delivered them and set them up when we needed them to. I haven't experienced such wonderful customer service in a long time and I deal with many vendors. I would recommend them a million times over. Sachin is a great contact there!

+ -1 moreOreWe have a oriental carpet that was messed several times by dogs and smelled awfully. We contacted many rug stores about cleaning and we felt that Dover was very thoughtful in the way they would approach the rug. They also were honest that urine stains were very difficult to eliminate completely. They stated that they would do their best and would allow the carpet to soak overnight as well as air dry. They agreed to have the whole process completed in a two week time frame. As far as we could tell, they did what they were supposed to. The rug small is just about eliminated...we have to wait for the warm humid days to determine if it is completely gone. We were very pleased with their work.
