Working with Dudes on Duty was an excellent experience from start to finish. I reached out at 11:45 pm one evening and heard back from the owner (Fabio) by 7:30 am the next morning. The estimate and measure were free and I was able to look at samples. The product was high quality with a variety of colors and almost half the price of major retailers. Fabio answered all of my questions, gave advice, and didn't just try to sell. The availability and flexibility when scheduling the actual work was perfect. The Dudes on Duty team arrived right at the scheduled time and worked quickly and efficiently. They finished 3 rooms and 3 hallways much faster than expected. The quality of work was excellent and they left the area spotless. All trash, old carpet, etc. were totally removed. Overall, I was more than impressed with the entire process and communication, response time, very fair price (MUCH cheaper than major retailers), the efficiency of the work and most importantly, the amazing quality. I would highly recommend Dudes on Duty and will be reaching out for any future flooring needs. I've already recommended them to a friend considering re-doing floors.

They were prompt, at one point they were an issue that one of their trucks broke down unexpectedly and it was gonna fall outside of our availability and they change everything up, was able to get the job done to a timely manner they kept coming back until the job done to our satisfactions.
