The subcontractor for replacing wood did a very good job. The painting job was well done. Only complaint, they rushed to finish with rain coming. Weather side of house did not hold up, but company will fix.

We had used them before. They did an excellent job. They did very high quality work.

The job went as planned and quoted. There were no surprises and the crew were respectful of our house and property throughout the project. In fact, they completed a day and a half earlier than I had expected based on initial estimates. They showed up on time each day and had the appropriate crew to perform the job. Including moving any furniture required. There were no issues and I would certainly use their services in the future.

They were very good.

Chris Cobb was extremely professional. He answered my initial call in a timely way and came out quickly to give us an estimate. His men were punctual and completed the job beautifully. Chris was always concerned about cleanliness and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.

He came out, looked at the house and gave me a quote. I ended up not going with them but he was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and really good.

They were extremely responsive, punctual, neat, and professional. We agreed to a specific week when I would be available to be there and they showed up just as promised. The completed the work in the time promised as well. All work was done to our specifications.

Working with Cobb Brothers Company on the painting of the interior of our house was the most EXCELLENT experience we have ever had with a contractor! I remember telling Chris Cobb, one of the owners, that I was actually sorry to see the job end! Their work was that good and it was such a pleasure to have them around! I originally planned to have only the new basement painted and wanted to get a couple of estimates. I had saved a postcard from Cobb Brothers and thought I would give them a try. When I called, I spoke to Chris Cobb, who was very willing to come out and give us an estimate the next day. We liked him and decided to use his company for the job. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made! His crew was as meticulous as he is and as a result of the beautiful job they did on our basement, we decided to have them paint the entire two floors upstairs as well.. Chris was so helpful with color selection and did a lot of color boards so we could see everything before it went on the walls. The guys were always prompt, courteous and very talented painters. They even came up with some non toxic paints for me since I have allergies! We did not have to do a thing! They moved everything, covered it and put it back in place when the job was done. I can't say enough about this company. They do spectacular work and our 1932 Colonial looks brand new again!

They completed the work to my satisfaction, and they showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them.
