 + -1 moreThey arrived on time. It took them 3 hours to complete the job. It took two days to dry but they did a beautiful job.
Description of Work: They shampooed two chairs, sofa,a hall runner and stairs, and a 9x12 wool and silk carpet.

 + -1 moreI scheduled an appointment with Dom and he arrived right on time. The carpet came out even cleaner than I expected! The whole exercise took about 2-1/2 hours. I had moved the smaller furniture out in advance and Dom moved the two largest pieces within the room as needed. The price was lower than I expected. Definitely good value.
Description of Work: Cleaned a white wall-to-wall carpet in the master bedroom. The carpet had become dingy in spots after about 11 years of use but was otherwise in good shape.
