I have used this company several times for jobs big and small (replaced electrical box, wired flat screen TVs, installed a plug, etc., etc.). I would not ever use anyone else! They are on-time, polite, fun and very pleasant.
Description of Work: Replaced all fire/radon alarms and replaced outdoor, motion-activated light in driveway.

We've had Tom do a number of projects for us, after we had a disappointing experience with the first electrician we worked with. Tom was recommended by a neighbor and he does EXCELLENT work. He is very detail oriented and I feel that he caught things that our first electrician missed. In addition, he is meticulous and the area he works in is usually cleaner when he leaves than when he got there. I also think he is very honest. At one point I was worried about a number of things in the house and was getting ready to just rewire everything - he could have taken advantage of that to make some extra money, but instead, he talked me down from the ledge and explained to me what I actually needed to change to make my house safer, and what I could either hold off on or skip all together. I've also always been able to get in touch with him either on my first call or in a short amount of time. He does charge a little bit more than some other electricians, but for the quality of the work I think its a no brainer. I always go with him.
Description of Work: He has rewired various outlets for me, grounded my entire first and second floor, repaired damaged wires in various places. Basically I asked him to walk through my basement and make sure all the wiring and outlets were safe.

I love him. He has been here this winter quite a few times. He has done electrical work for a new bathroom for me. This past year, we have probably used him five or six times. On his recent visit, he hung a chandelier in my dining room, and it was $125. He is not the cheapest but is very reliable and goes out of his way to please the customer. I trust him in my house alone. To me, all those things are worth paying a little bit more; if I were to go to the cheapest, the job would not get done that well. I can’t think of anything that I was unhappy about at all - it was all good. He is a man of his word; if he says that he is going to be here between 10:00 and 12:00, he will be here, and if he isn’t, he will call, which is very helpful. He is very dependable. For busy people trying to schedule a lot in a day, he is terrific that way. I can’t say anything negative at all. I haven’t used other providers, so I don’t know how his pricing would compare with others, but I guess it is mid range. I would continue to use him in the future.
