We were very impressed.

Had worked with Richie before. Came, saw what was needed, had me pick out doors, came back when scheduled and installed.

Rich came out to give us an estimate for a closer for our garage door and also gave the door a minor tune up. When another company came to give us an estimate they made the door inoperable! Rich came back and fixed what had been done and then gave us an estimate for a new door as well as closer. When he installed the new door and closer he was professional and neat, explained the operation of the door and openers and then checked to make sure everything was fine. Excellent experience!

I had a really good experience with Rich Adams, the owner operator of Adams Garage Door service. Rich is extremely professional and a great guy to work with. He is very punctual, knows his stuff, and did a very nice job installing a replacement garage door opener for me. He even did some repairs on the other door for free because it didn't look right. And his price seemed fair. If I ever have a need for his services again, I won't hesitate to call.

I am so happy with Rich and the quality of his work that I feel compelled to share my experience with others. Rich is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest. When he came to give me a quote, he left samples of garage door styles so that I could show my husband when he got home from work. I was so impressed by Rich that I thought we may not be able to afford him, but he gave us a better a truly competitive price. When he began to install the garage door, he noticed that the wood around the opening was completely rotten and crumbling. He let me know right away and we decided that he should reframe the opening. I am truly a perfectionist, so I inspected the work and I cannot find a flaw! Our garage door is very quiet and a couple people have already expressed that they are "jealous" of us and wish they would have used Rich to install their automatic garage doors. I highly recommend Rich!

The price was reasonable. The guy was extra ordinarily helpful. He gave me names of other workman I needed. He was very personable and honest. He was a pleasure to deal with and he was very professional. Obviously, he knew what he was doing. He was quick and he was great. It was truly great. His name was Richard Adams. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

Rich came in with a good quote and helped us pick out the two replacement doors. It took a while for the doors to come in, but they were installed in a few days. Rich and Larry did an excellent job installing the doors and were very careful with details. It took longer than expected because the garage ceiling isn't a simple flat surface and because new jambs were required for the wider door. The doors seal well and are easy to lift up by hand if the electricity goes out. Rich made sure all wires were carefully tied down, fastened a control board I put up years ago more securely to the concrete wall, made sure the doors run well, and put in sturdier brackets for the photo detectors. He also cleaned up well and disposed of the old doors.

Wonderful company, wonderful owner, Rich Adams, very professional and courteous, a true gentleman, even took time to make conversation with my 5 and 6-year-old children. Highly recommend.

Rich Adams, the owner, was great. He came for the estimate when he said he would (the same day), explained the product and the installation, and gave me a couple options. I got quotes from 2 other companies that were somewhat less, but I liked Rich and he was able to match the price. He was very easy to work with, professional, and his guys cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend him.

Came on time - didn't try to sell me new door - said he could fix for $160 - came to repair it when he said - job done perfectly.

The work was done 3 weeks ago and the opener is working perfectly. Richard saved us the $450 cost to put in a new opener.

Richie Adams is extremely knowledgeable, professional, experienced, charges fair prices, and a very nice guy, too. He came on short notice and installed a new door opener. Free of charge he inspected both garage doors, lubricated all joints, gears, chains, etc. He even added a safety mechanism to the coils on the other garage door which he noticed in his inspection (the coil can snap with age and damage cars, walls, or people). I can't recommend him highly enough. He is a one-man show so you won't get an inexperienced junior employee.

A spring on one of the doors broke during the afternoon. I left voice mail in the early evening, got a call back a few hours later, and setup an appointment for 7 AM the next morning. Richard Adams showed up on time, inspected both doors, and we decided to replace the springs, pulleys and cables on both. He had all the parts needed on his truck, and the work was done within two hours. He also showed us how to reprogram the codes on the remote keypad. Both doors now work fine, and make much less noise than before.

Adam was fabulous, I give the highest recommendation. He is reasonably priced and is also a great source of information for other service providers. I liked how responded immediately when I contacted him also.

He was on time. He knew what he was doing and finished the job quickly. The guy is friendly, fun, and he knows his stuff. He's very customer service oriented. He was absolutely superb. He's really incredible and I would absolutely recommend him.

The finished work was great. Even though we were satisfied, he replaced two of the springs he initially installed because he was unhappy with the speed at which the door closed, AFTER we paid him. The price was quite fair, since repairing both doors took him more than 4 hours. A great experience.
