Amancio Painting

Eriks Amancio provided excellent service and work from day one to the final completion of the project. He walked the project twice with me before giving us our estimate. We accepted his proposal in the fall for a spring start. Amancio was able to start a week early and the pricing did not change. The project was well staffed with the proper amount of labor for the different phases on the work. The prep work was the most important part of the project and Eriks team practically scraped the entire house down to the bare wood by hand and professionally sanded and prepped the house prior to priming and final paint. They were punctual, worked steadily through the day, and kept an extremely clean and neat work site. They vacuumed the perimeter of the house every evening before leaving and stored their equipment properly. The best testament to this is that the neighbors all praised them for keeping things neat and doing great work (we live in a very dense city neighborhood). Despite some weather issues, Eriks kept to the schedule and never blinked when small scope items were added. He also insisted on walking the project several times during the work to make sure I was satisfied and several final times as things finished up to make sure that his team completed everything we wanted. I have been in the design and building industry my entire career (including house painting) and I can attest that Amancio Painting is a great company and I recommend them highly. They deliver an extremely high quality product in a very professional manner.

It was fantastic. He was very flexible. His workmen are amazing. They work incredibly hard. They tidy up. They come when they say they are going to and they stay late. They are very reasonably priced. They are very professional. They are fussier than I am and I am very fussy.
