ACCURATE HOME INSPECTION

Bob Schlammo from Accurate was our home inspector. He was there before us and had begun exterior review. He was diligent in walking through the house and outside the house explaining everything he could see - the strengths and areas in need of attention. He was critical without being alarmist, and did point out the areas that were done well. So, it was a thorough and balanced review. He was able to educate us as to immediate items in need of attention, and then, other items that are not urgent, but may need attention in the coming years. All of this was helpful. We were able to generate a list of items to be taken care of by the seller that was reasonable and well received. We were there for over three hours, so clearly, Bob took his time and gave us the the information and insights we needed.

As first time home buyers we don't know a lot about the inner workings of a home or what to look out for in an older home. We were very pleased with the service. Bob was early, extremely thorough, and he took time to explain how things work and offer advice on how to complete easy fixes. He was very knowledgable, experienced and helpful. After Bob conducted our first inspection, and we ultimately passed on the house, we knew we wanted him back again for the next home we found. We were surprised and happy that he drove out of his normal territory to conduct the second inspection.
