+ -1 moreI have used them for oil delivery and furnace cleaning. They come when they say they are going to come. If I have some kind of an emergency through the year, I give them a call and they come and service it promptly. The reason for doing business with them is basically, because I get the emergency service if I need it. If they say they are going to be there on Thursday afternoon, they are there Thursday afternoon, if they say Thursday morning, they are there Thursday morning, there is no time and you don’t have to be home. The tank is outside. I have been using them for 7 years, they have delivered 35 times.
Description of Work: Oil delivery for home heating.

+ -1 moreThey do a fine job, I have no complaints. They were probably here for 30 minutes max. They do a good job and if there were any deficiencies with the furnace they would point that out to me. They come when they said they are coming. If they say they are coming between 1:00 & 2:00, they come between 1:00 & 2:00. They know what they are doing. Furnace cleaning is once a year.

+ -1 moreChalker showed up, demanded a down payment before beginning work. Received down payment and was never heard from again. The end.
Description of Work: Check the Falmouth court report in early January 2013. Mr. Chalker was arrested for theft. Evidently I'm not the only one he took a down payment from and then was never heard from again. Will not return calls or the money, did not perform the work.
