I'm kind of impatient because my house is small and I have three kids. It's not going as quick as I would want it done. They're doing a fairly good job. They're from town and everybody in town has recommended them.

Contractor was the original builder of my house 32 years ago..... I knew him to be dependable and conscientious. He did not hesitate to recommend cost saving alternatives. Work was completed as agreed and on time. Would not hesitate to recommend

They were very professional. I felt the price was on the higher side, but their allowances are very generous. They have an excellent reputation in the area. I had been in a home they built and I was very impressed with it.

Since contractor had built my original home 35 years ago I was very comfortable in asking his advice on this project. He was very straight forward with me regarding design and construction including ways to achieve the results I wanted without spending money unnecessarily i.e. selection and placement of high energy efficient windows and doors. The workers were here like clock work every day and were extremely considerate of my time and work schedule, they were very neat and cleaned up debris every day, true professionals. Larry got all the necessary permits, I didn't have to be involved at all. I have wanted to build this room for years and I am extremely pleased, actually "tickled" with the results of this construction. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a building project.
