EXCAVATION PLUS INC

All I can say about the folks at excavation plus is BRAVO for a job very well done.My septic system had failed and needed a completely new leachfield and also a new tank.The engineer who designed this system circled about six names(out of about 25) of the contractors that were licensed to do septic systems where I lived.he told me they were the best. I called a couple but both of them were busy and not able to do the work. My next call was to Excavation Plus as they were a local company.When I called Excavation plus I spoke to a very friendly woman by the name of Brenda.She was extremely pleasant and told me how great of a company they were and told me that she got the job there after having a new system instalIed at her home.It may sound funny but she sounded so sincere and happy that I just had a gut feeling that this was the company I wanted to go with. His price was extremely fair just about $11,000.00 which was at the lower end of the prices I got. It was a pretty large job taking about a week to complete but they did an incredible job. The workers were great guys, they explained everything to me,how the system was designed,and how the new tank was easier to maintain and less digging to access.When they were finished with the leaching field,the inspection ports,and the new tank,they leveled the entire area and hydro seeded it with grass seed.I got lucky with the weather with temps in the 50" and 60's all the way through November,so the grass seed came up and is thriving. I even got a bigger yard out of the deal as the area previously was wooded. Now it's all nice green lawn . The last thing I wanted to do was spend thousands and thousands of dollars on something so boring as a septic system,but as crazy as it sounds,I actually find myself purposely driving past my house on the way home so that I can see the nice yard I now have. These guys did a great job,the price was decent and they were outstanding to deal with.I give them countless stars A big thanks to all of the folks at Excavation plus.

Excavation Plus Inc. was able to put in the new septic so we could get the house on the market to sell and complete the new home so that we could move in on time. Thank you for all your help and great work. Our house came out beautiful.
