If I could give negative stars I would. Our furnace wasn’t working. They came and replaced a part that apparently made no sense to replace, charged obscene hourly rates and charged for commute time. Next day the furnace doesn’t work again they come and don’t charge and do another quick fix. Three days later the furnace breaks again and they say they fixed it but it’s still broken. A different company comes and says this furnace is 25 years old, needs to be replaced, several parts are broken and they replaced this piece with an old piece. He literally had to decommission the furnace according to his license before he left. So we are 540 bucks lighter with now the need for a new furnace. These guys are scammers and clearly don’t have a clue.

While we had to wait 3 days for service, they were prompt and met schedule. Very pleased and would hire them again.

Horrible. I called company while out of state on business. They went to the house and replaced the seal on toilet. I promptly paid by credit card. Arrived home to find toilet still leaking. When I phoned them and very kindly asked them to come back to check why it was still leaking. Woman in office told me I would be charged if they came back out and then had the audacity to tell me someone must be "rocking on the toilet" if it is still leaking. In the end I realized a screw on the tank was rusty and that's where leak was from. I fixed leak myself. Seal never was the problem in the first place. So I was charged for something I didn't need done, fixed the problem myself and was treated horrible by this company.

no problem.. Would like to get a tankless system but didn't want to go without why one was getting ordered.

Justin was prompt and professional. He did a nice job and picked up after himself. He also took away the old toilet and the cardboard box the toilet came in.

went well. they fixed what was needed to do. they presented options for me to think about.

First off I stated above that I wouldn't use Davis Plumbing and Heating again and that is only because there wasn't an option of and quot;maybeand quot;. I wouldn't rule them out but I would ask for more details upfront, and I would research some other local plumbers (even if they were not on Angie's List). So what I mean by the above is when I received the bill I was surprised to find out that the clock on the hourly rate didn't start when they arrived at my house but when they left their last job. It was explained to me that and quot;someone has to pay for that timeand quot;. So I ended up paying for 40 minutes of travel time to my house from their last job. And I also didn't realize that I would have to pay for the time (30 minutes) the plumber took to go to a hardware store to pick up the shutoff valve for the toilet because they didn't have one in the van (when I asked about this I was told the part is for my house, i needed to go get so someone has to pay for it). This is a shutoff that seems like a very common part that in my opinion should have been stocked in the truck (especially because when I made the appt. I told them I needed a shutoff valve for a toilet). You would think they would have all the parts they would need for the requested job. So all in all I ended up paying over an hour in labor time where they weren't even at my house. The above is the only beef I have with this company. Justin was professional and did a good job. I just HATE when you get hit with hidden costs. This type of information should be disclosed up front. If known I could/would have waited and schedule the appt for a time when they were in town or close by so it wouldn't take 40 minutes to get to my house.

It's fine and they're pretty straightforward. It was really good that they actually came out the next day.

They were able to come the same day, even though we said that it was no hurry. The two men who came were very polite and worked quickly. They also did not seem to be bothered by my children (ages 6 and 10) watching them work!

Went well. Master Plumber came with his assistant who was an apprentice. They diagnosed the problem quickly, got the required parts and finished, cleaned. No problems since they fixed the issue. no complaints with the service and comparing to prices from other plumbers, their price was very reasonable.

They came to do an estimate the next day and started the next week. The plumber was meticulous, knowledgeable about the code and did everything perfectly. The final inspection took no time because of their reputation and the work they did.

Justin and his partner listened to water going down the pipes and tested all the ways water could be escaping the shower and discovered it could be a caulking and not a pipe problem. we were very impressed with their work and would use them again wihtout hesitation.

Their company is excellent in any every possible. You can easily set-up an appointment and they showed up on time. They explained what needed to be done. They gave me options. They were courteous, professional and when there was a small trouble, they came back within 15 minutes from the time I called them and fixed it.

talked to office about arrival and was spoken to by very friendly woman. Had to change date of installation and there was no problem or attitude. Arrived promptly and was friendly. Did all of the work and cleaned up everything. Hauled away old dishwasher.

He was very professional, on time, and did the work he said he was going to do.

I made a call to Davis Plumbing on April 18, 2013. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly, courteous and showed concern for my problem. She took the information she needed from me and said she would call back to let me know when someone would be able to come out and resolve my problem. I received a call back a short time later and was told that someone would be out to see me later that same day. I was given a specific time frame. The plumbers arrived at the time that was specified and went directly to take a look the problem. As for the problem, there was a leak in the pipe that connected an external faucet to the main water supply. The plumbers replaced the faucet and installed a shutoff valve. The work was done quickly with quality parts. Everything was explained to me. I was very happy with the work and the guys that did the work were friendly and courteous.

If you have an emergency they can pretty much get to you right away, their prices are reasonable, and they give free estimates. If you don't make your payment right on time they will work with you. My only complaint would be sometimes they are hard to reach, but if you leave a message they will get back to you right away. I think they are phenomenal.

I tried to get some one from the same vicinity. There is some extensive work to be done. The guy came out and took out my hot water tank which had exploded. They came out within 24 hours and they were willing to come out and help me which most people are not willing to do. They initially came out to give me a quote and then they did some work. They were very courteous and very helpful. The gentleman had to go back to the office to get more parts and at no cost to me. They did a phenomenal job and they found things that were not working. They gave me all the useful stuff. They tried to work out a payment plan with me and they were just very nice people. When I get some more money to do the rest of the plumbing work I would be calling them.
