We used this company service around 15 years ago working on our bedroom floor (just 1 room). This time we decided to re-finish the hardwood floor at the entire house. Problems we had: floor coverage was worn-out , some black water marks, ..ect. David arrived on time to give us his estimate. After we excepted the work cost, he marked-up his schedule calendar, and we set a day when he can start this job (approximately one month from the initial estimate day). To confirm the scheduled work we communicated by e-mail. David arrived on time, worked very professional within the originally discussed time table. Everything was performed perfectly. The place was left nice and clean.

Mr. Rose returned our initial phone call promptly and came to our house to discuss our project. He answered all our questions and gave us recommendations on materials and types of flooring. His proposal was inline with others that we had received. He gave us a work schedule and was there when he said he would be and finished the job when he said. The quality and workmanship were excellent.

From start to finish, the experience with this contractor was perfect. He was referred to us by a family friend who said that because of his reputation, it might be difficult to book him anytime soon. However, when my husband called him, he quickly returned the call and was at our house within days to look at the floor. From that time until the service date (about 3 weeks, due to our schedule), he always returned our calls promptly and answered all of our questions promptly. We'll definitely be calling him back to refinish the floors in other rooms of our house. Very experienced, responsive and professional. The work was high quality also!

We spoke to Dave before we purchased the house and he had refinished the floors in the house 8 years prior. He gave us a quote based on the square footage and his expectation of the floor condition. When he arrived, exactly on time, he saw that the prior owners had done more damage than he expected so we developed a new game plan on the spot. While we were working out the details, his partner was already beginning the sanding process. No fooling around, no wasted time, just right to work. They did a great job and left the house as dust free as you can when sanding that much wood.
