Description of Work: Randy removed an old bathroom exhaust fan and installed a new fan and heater. The previous fan was installed incorrectly and was not vented to code. The new fan is properly vented and is much quieter. Randy is an excellent electrician and a great guy. I highly recommend him!

Description of Work: Took care of my flood emergency. I had a dishwasher break and water poured through the first floor apartment ceiling. They tore out the ceiling and let it dry. They then sprayed and cleaned it for mold prevention, afterwards had to put up a new wall and a new ceiling.

Description of Work: I was very happy with all the services performed, They were done without hesitation and in a very professional manner. Although I have not had the pleasure of actually meeting Mr. Beardsley, I can honestly say that both of the young men that he sent, first Johnnie back in the fall, who was a very polite young man, who did a great job and most recently another young man by the name of Ronnie, who was very professional, he installed a retractable cloths line in the back yard and it is working like a charm. He tightened bolts on my China Buffet , Coffee table and Sofa tables that were loose, he also changed light bulbs on my kitchen fixture and he replaced several outlet receptacles, he put together a fire pit that I had purchased and he fixed a sagging vertical blind in my family room. I had also used Randy's services back in the fall, I can recall all the services that were performed but, I recall that they were here two or three times. I would definitely recommend his company. Description of Work: My husband and I were thinking of putting our place on the market and needed several small repairs done, including changing out a few lighting fixtures, fixing bathroom hardware, and repairing part of our hardwood floor. They also installed a very large window AC unit and put together a new table I had ordered.

Description of Work: Randy picked up the phone when i called to my suprise - everything sounded great, i explained what needed to be done (gutter cleaning, possible fascia board repair and downspouts screwed back in). We picked a day for him to come and said he would call again, but never heard from him again. I was desperate and fortunate to find someone who had a signed posted on a telephone pole. That person came the next day, did not need to repair fascia, (the gutters were water logged and packed with pine needles) and I hired him to do some other work - he was fabulous and the price was right. And now I have a great new handyman!

Description of Work: Randy responded immediately to our email and made an appointment to see the work that needed to be done; he and his helpers installed 4 storm doors, lattice work on the back deck and new fencing on the back deck. They were VERY efficient, responsive to our time constraints, and could not have done a better job. Not only that, they were very personable and fun. We plan to have them return for more work. Cannot recommend them highly enough and are giving his name to all we know.

Description of Work: I hired Randy Beardsley for all sorts of handy work around the house. He did interior painting, installed a garage motor, and changed some light bulbs.

Description of Work: Randy has done a number of handyman type jobs on our home, which we were getting ready to sell. He always did the work quickly, efficiently, at a reasonable price. He did it knowing we were about to sell, so he never tried to sell us on more expensive things

Description of Work: Randy Beardsley gave me a quote for some rewiring in the basement. He would replace some old, ungrounded outlets and making sure the wiring is all safely grounded and up to code.

Description of Work: I used Randy Beardsley last fall and he did some wiring so I could turn my lights on in the basement without running around to different extension cords and he also fixed my door bell and a number of things like that.

Description of Work: We had several small to medium jobs. He replaced broken steps inside our home. He fixed the ceiling above our stairs, replaced our hot water heater that broke unexpectedly. He repaired out porch rail, and repaired our dripping shower head. He gave us options that will affect the quality and price or replacement.

Description of Work: Estimate on drywall put back up in our basement as well as the baseboards replaced.

Description of Work: He removed a door, shaved it down, and then put it back up. Put a threshold in my bathroom, hung a very heavy mirror, and reinforced my bed frame. He also fixed my heater.

Description of Work: Installation of bathroom fan and outside vent. Scraping of peeled paint (from moisture problems). Patching of drywall. Skim coated with joint compound. Sealed and repainted.
