He was very imaginative and found solutions to problems in a very creative way. The whole project was perfectly calculated and the price of every little thing was laid out for the contractor so we avoided price over runs. The project run into some problems because the contractor (a Hungarian man called Joe) was lousy, but that is another issue. Tom's very accurate and careful pricing and design helped the project to continue even though the contractor constantly kept trying to ask for more money. Tom was very professional, and he made the whole project run very smoothly. His price for the architectural design of the project was very reasonable, and although we had paid him and the project was well on it's way, Tom kept checking in with us, and always give an advice when needed. I am actually using Tom and his services again for our kitchen remodeling now.
