 + -1 moreThe painting was completed 3 years ago and I was given a 5 year warranty. The excellent warranty was the reason I hired this company originally. After two years I noticed that the paint was cracking and peeling in some areas. I called them to schedule the contracted warranty repairs. They kept putting me off and eventually told me they were too busy to schedule the warranty work that painting season, and instructed me to call back the next year. When I called back the third year, they refused to respond to my many calls and emails. What good is a 5 year warranty if the company refuses to honor it. Be careful.
