Lattanzio Landscapes

I liked the approach of this landscaper on her current and previous websites, and she was local, so i was enthusiastic about using her. After multiple attempts to contact, one of her staff came to look at my yard and give advice about pruning, which i was prepared to hire them to do, but she never followed up, despite several attempts on my part. Subsequently i have called several times about garden maintenance and never gotten a response so i am giving up on them; clearly they don't need the business. I was a little surprised because i have a fairly large yard with a lot of different plantings, and although i only need limited services now, I would have expected them to see it as an opportunity to increase their business with me over the years.

The quality was very good. This was a major redesign around the yard of my house, and they worked with me to achieve the look I wanted. I was very involved in the design process, and they hired really good masons to build the stone wall, and they really knew what they were doing. It came out beautifully, they did a really terrific job. They stand out as they really do work with the client. If you don't know what they want, they will also work with you, but if you know what you want, they will give you suggestions, and work with you so that the end result is exactly what you are interested in. They presented me with several design options so that I could choose what I was interested in.

I have used them before, I like the operation. They are dedicated, and they have a very good design service. The crew is very good, they show up on time, they work hard, they are interested in working with the customer, which is a big deal. I have been very happy with them in the past. Their ability to work with the customer stands out. They don't come in and tell you what you want, they listen to what you want, and let you be part of the design process. They used fabricated stone for the driveway. They made it look like cobble stone.
