Description of Work: John Doyle responded to my phone call for an estimate on doing some tile repairwork in our tenants bathroom. We thought the estimate was a little high but we were more concerned with the quality of the work so we hired him. John removed the old tile and drywall right down to the studs on the 3 walls surrounding the bathtub. He then repaired whatever needed to be done and put new cementboard and retiled the whole area with white tile that matched the rest of the tile in the bathroom and installed a new shower fixture. He made sure there was not mess made in the rest of the apartment and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Everything matched up perfect and he was finished in 3 days. He does excellent work and I would recommend him to anyone who wants their tilework to look good.

Description of Work: John re-grouted areas in our bathroom. Also, replaced a tile, and did some repair on tiles that had previously had some holes where a door enclosure once stood. We did have a minor problem where the grouting was coming off. Probably do to the more than usual humid days we are experiencing. However, I telephoned John and he returned my call promptly and most of all came by almost immediately to touch up those areas. So far, so good. I would definitely recommend him. He is very conscientious and cares about the work he does.
