Brendan and 3 helpers arrived on time. They had to squeeze me in as they were working on a bigger job. Brendan wanted to come on a Tuesday, but I had to work in the morning. I managed to get off early and set 12:30 as a time to begin. They worked cleanly, quietly and professionally. The results were amazing. I'd definitely recommend Brendan to anyone looking for a plastering job.

Brendan arrived promptly for an estimate on the day I called. He came in and took his shoes off which I had never seen before. I wanted to redo at least 4 rooms ceilings. He took the time to show and explain to me about the ceilings. After he assessed all the ceilings, he said they were in good condition ,except the bedroom, and it would be crazy to spend the money on them. Suggested painting them in the future. Wow! I was surprised and he saved me hundreds of dollars. The only one that was in real need was the large ceilings in master bedroom with cathedral ceiling. The repairs took two days and they cleaned up all the material and equipment. Even the painters who came in to finish commented on the excellent job he and Danny did. Very professional, would definitely use this contractor again.

Brendan was great to deal with! The only contractor we had to our house who took off his shoes before looking at the job. Our job stretched out several months and Brendan was flexible with dates and our schedule. Anyone that has seen the work cannot believe the plaster job. We will use him again on future jobs.

The guy who came was very good, responsible, professional and prompt. Their price was reasonable.

When he came to do the estimate Brendan was prompt and polite. I asked if he did any other type of work besides plaster such as simple carpentry etc. He stated that he would do that kind of work on his own house but not on someone elses because he would not want to do something where the quality was not upto his standards. That is when I decided to hire him because it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. I work from home and they were working about twenty feet from my workstation. They were very quiet, neat and efficient. Very careful not to mar the wood floors even taking off their shoes. I noticed that when he needed to fill a bucket from the kitchen sink, which is about ten feet from where I was working, Danny made a point of not bumping the bucket against the metal sink. Very considerate. Brendan took the time to show and explain to me about the cement board walls and how he was actually doing the repair. They laid tarps to cover the floors and disposed of all the debris when done. When they left the floors were actually cleaner than when they arrived. The walls and ceiling are beautiful. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them. As for price the estimate was exactly what I paid and based on my experience I got a very good deal. I would definitely hire them again.

They came early Monday morning and were finish the next day by 4. They did an excellent job and also they were sensitive to the fact the I have a sickly parent living in my home that has COPD. Knowing this, he took precautions and made sure that drop clothes cover her bedroom door for dust. Highly recommend!!! Excellent work!!!! Fast!!!!

Brandan gave us the lowest quote (out of 4), but the highest level of confidence about his work. He did not disapoint us at all. He arrived on time with an assistant, and they were careful in carrying the boards through the house to the second floor bedroom. They work was neat, and they cleaned up after completing their work each day. He happily patched a few holes in other places at no extra cost. On the second day, they had some bad plaster from Lowe's and without grumbling, went to Home Depot to get some more and completed the work. I then had him come back the next day to touch up a few small items, and again, he happily did the work without any questions. I highly recommend Brandan for any work you have. You will find him fair, honest, very professional, and above all, you will be happy with the result. The fact that he also had the lowest cost was even better.

We were very fortunate to find Brendan Driscoll here on Angie's List! From the very beginning Brendan was ultra professional. He returned my initial phone call during the holiday season within an hour of calling then came down a couple days later to look at the addition. I was impressed by Brendan's responsiveness. On his first visit he took off his shoes when he entered our home and when I told him that was not necessary he commented that he would feel disrespectful if he did not do that. WOW! Can't say I have seen that level of service every, anywhere! Brendan called me the next day to give me the price quote and I was waiting for one other quote. That evening I was talking with my wife and we were so impressed with Brendan that we decided to just go forward with him and did not even bother to get the second quote. The first day on the job Brendan and his mate Daniel showed up exactly on time at 8:00am ready to work. Brenda put up a plastic barrier to minimize the amount of dust that would enter the house. They got all the wall board done by about 3:00pm. They had not even taken a break for lunch! The quality of the wallboard work was excellent - all the corners, seams, and holes were prepped perfectly. I was also impressed that Daniel was just as courteous, friendly, and professional as Brendan! The second day the two of them showed up again exactly on time at 8:00am to do the plastering and were finished by 2:30pm. I was blown away by the quality of their work! The places where the new construction was seamed into the existing house looked so good you could not tell the difference. I cannot say enough good things about Brendan and his work! A+, Excellent, Highly Recommended! Awesome work, awesome guy!

Brendan responded to my email within a day and came out withing a day or two to look at the job. He returned calls promptly and scheduled the job on a day convenient for me. He did an excellent job and my ceiling looks perfect. He showed attention to detail and cleaned up well. I will use him again and recommend him highly.

It was excellent work, prompt and courteous, calls back, and never once did he not respond to something we asked or anything. It was very pleasant dealing with the gentlemen. We did get his name from angie's list and we had looked around and we were just trying to get the best recommendation and he has some excellent recommendation on angie's list website. Did exactly what he said he was going to do and charged us even a little less than what he was going to give us but gave him the original charge because he was that good and he was very clean.

I am so pleased by the work done by Brendan and his co-worker. They were very professional, responsible, honest and nice. The quality of the job was excellent. At the completion of the job, they also cleaned the whole space very well. The price is also very fair. Brendan even did an additional small fix in my laundry room without additional charge. This is the second time that we have used Driscoll Plastering. The first time we had a bedroom blueboarded/plastered and the ceiling repaired. Even though this job was much smaller, Brendan still took the time to give us an estimate in person. We're very pleased with how it looks and are looking forward to moving forward with painting. We will definitely call again when we have future projects.

We had a great experience with Brendan. He provided a quote and responded quickly to e-mails and phone calls. He showed up to do the work when promised. When I called the following day to ask that he remove some of plaster stains from the garage floor he promised to do it two days later. He and Conor came and spent two hours cleaning things up. It was a pleasure to work with this professional person.

We had an emergency plumbing repair in the kitchen that left approx. 1x2ft holes in the two surrounding walls (the outer kitchen wall and inside the pantry). A job too small for many companies during a busy summer season. Brendan was great! He quoted an estimate over the phone, and kept to it even when he found the job was bigger than he'd expected. He said he'd be able to come in the next week and would give us 48hrs. notice. Next day he called to say he had an opening and could actually come the next day- apologizing for not giving us the full 48hrs. We were just happy to hear we'd get the wall repaired all the sooner. When Brendan showed up, I found him to be extremely professional. Introduced himself as well as his assistant, the shoes were off the instant he came in the door and they were careful to not let our escape artist cat get outside. I had to go to work while they finished the job and when I came home found two nicely smoothed walls and full instructions on drying and repainting.

The project went well. I had already roughly removed some of the old drywall and insulation to get air into the walls and prevent mold. When I told Brendan that I planned to put new insulation in before he installed the new blueboard he said that he would be happy put in the insulation as he went. Sounded good to me, so I took him up on the offer, and he did not add anything additional to the original quoted price. He did a tidy job overall and I am happy with the results.
