Dev Group Construction

I want you to think about every single bad thing you've heard about to horrors of construction. Kyle and the Dev group are the absolute polar opposite. They are friendly, honest, upfront, communicate clearly, when there is a problem they are proactive in helping us solve it, they show up, they are there to help when ever I need them. I cannot praise them enough. They're simply the best. I feel so strongly about them I told them I would be open to speaking to potential customers personally. The are a god send on a project that I was so worried would be huge stress event in my life. We are building a new house, top to bottom we have been in construction since June, and will be wrapping up in May and Kyle/Dev Group have been partners on literally everything. In every way they can they remove stress and try to make the process easy and straight forward. I cannot thank them enough. I am happy to discuss it further if you have questions.

Having previously used them to redo our deck, we had Kyle and Greg refinish our basement this winter.  We could not be happier with the end result.  Everything came out just as we wanted it (or, they helped us figure out what we wanted).  
They took an open space and constructed a gym, storage area, laundry room, kid's playroom, family room, and an office.  They were able to relocate support columns to open up the space.  They custom built a TV/media cabinet, bookshelves around our fireplace, a wet bar, plus unique and varied storage areas (a pantry, 2 general storage closets, and a storage bench.  They also custom-built a beautiful double-barn door between 2 of the rooms.  Quite frankly, it's like we got a whole new house in our basement, and we love it.
Kyle and Greg were always very responsive to our requests and are an absolute pleasure to work-with.  They even went above and beyond the scope of work to help us out with unrelated issues.
I cannot recommend them enough.

I bought a service coupon for $199. The service was great, I highly recommend them, I had no problems, and I will probably have them come rebuild my front deck.
