The work went OK and I was happy with the results, it was later on when problems occurred I am not happy about. They replaced the cedar shingles on two sides of the house as the old ones had cupped and warped, during that time we found some wood rot that needed replacing and other trim work as well including adding 3" soffit vents under the eaves. Once all the wood work was completed the entire house was painted. The communication was good, the negotiation for the emergent work good, the scheduling and time to do the work was good, it was after the job was over for things that needed to be attended to was not good. Some of the wood trim was replaced with treated lumber so it would not rot out again and the 3" soffit vents were glued in with the wrong glue, they started falling out within months. They promised to return after one year to paint the final coat on the treated lumber as per standard practice, at the time they only used primer so the wood would dry and take paint during the final coat. Now 18 month later and many phone calls, text messages and emails to get the paint work complete and the vents re-installed they have ghosted me. No response to any phone calls, emails nothing. Claudeo did show up one day to discuss the work but once he found out I wanted the paint work complete under the previous job and the soffits fixed under warranty he left and never called back. He stated the glue failing was not his fault and I stated he choose the glue and is responsible for the results. He used a two part super glue and should have used simple DAP painters calk. I did talk to Junior once about it and he did commit to fixing the issue but never responded again either. Anyway don't expect any follow up if the project has problems later down the road as they do not stand by their work or even keep their word for what they did agree on and owe you. I am the only one to blame as I paid them in full plus a $500 tip, trusting them to return and finish the painting they started. I should have not paid a balance in case this did happen I could use it to hire a new contractor to finish the work. Now I have to pay to get this work done twice.

Very happy with the entire process. The price was fair, the work was great and they came when they said they would. They even took off their shoes when coming in the house. They also use quality windows (Harvey). I will definitely use them in the future.

We received estimates from three contractors and Kieran's was in the middle (the people with the lowest bid seemed to have no idea what they were doing). Work was delayed a bit due to the need to get architectural drawings. Kieran helped to get the architects moving quicker when the project was beginning to get delayed. Once it began, Kieran put extra guys on the project in an attempt to complete it before the holidays. They were in and out within two weeks. All inspections were passed. Working with Keiran was great. He was very professional and his communication was great. We always knew what was going on and he answered my emails quickly. We are hoping to renovate our kitchen in a year and we plan to use Keiran again. I would highly recommend hiring him.
