+ -1 moreThe job went very well. Al places a priority on being prompt, neat and professional. When he ran into the inevitable plumbing issue in our 1930 house, he showed us the problem and replaced the leaky pipes for a reasonable charge. We are very pleased with the result.
Description of Work: Al and his crew did a gut renovation of our full bathroom. He tore everything out, down to the studs, and rebuilt it, installing new wallboard, electrical, and plumbing, then painting. He replaced the tub, tile, window, vanity, and medicine cabinet and reinstalled the toilet and radiator (the only things to survive the renovation)

+ -1 moreAllan and his team did a great job on my bathroom renovation, a complete gut renovation. Everything from the planning stages to the actual execution went smoothly- how often do you think of an on-time, on budget gut renovation. The bathroom is the only bathroom in my condo -so not having to vacate the condo- longer than absolutely necessary was crucial to me. Allan was very willing to work with all my questions and demands, communication was excellent, he also worked very well with my plumber of choice. It took 3 weeks demo to fixture installation and I love my new bathroom.

+ -1 moreAhead of schedule, no delays, progress everyday, pulled all permits, scheduled all inspections, scheduled dumpster delivery and removal, price was exactly as quoted. Very smooth.
Description of Work: Complete gutting of kitchen and remodeling. Removed ceiling, walls, floor, down to the bare bones. Installed new cabinets, ceiling, walls, lighting, fixtures, appliances, floor, crown molding, rearranged heating, lighting, built a custom bench, vented a microwave to outside.
