I was very impressed by my interaction with The Roofah. I have dealt mainly with Shane and I must say that he is thorough, professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond expectations. He will spend time with you and explain in detail everything you need to know. Julia has also helped me with another project and has shown the same level of professionalism. The quality of work, efficiency and prompt, courteous service as well as the reasonable prices lead me to enthusiastically recommend this company.

It is not easy to find a roofer who is willing much less eager to climb onto the roof of a three family house for a roof repair. Shane returned more than once to do so. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism, quality of service and positive energy.

Repaired some things improperly done by original roofer many years ago that have been causing a very small leak for years and recently turned into a larger leak. Fixed leak quickly during quote visit on short notice. Charged a little more than I expected, but I'd still call it a good deal and would call again. Appears to be good work, and definitely responsive customer service and Chris (the roofah!) was a helpful guy to talk with and learn more about roofing/water management to deal with some unrelated water issues in the spring.

Gave estimate within 24 hours and his people were there the next day to complete the work.

I would highly recommend best crew ever worked with me to even decide on the best color for my home I can’t say enough about the service and people that were involved total professionals if you go with anyone other than M &J you would be making a huge mistake

Responsive to my call. Arrived same day to observe the task. Received quote later that day. Projected job completion (half day job) within 7-10 days. Job was completed within that time frame. They cleaned the area before leaving. Would hire them again.

I like to meet the owner face to face. This did not happen.

Very quick to respond to my request for a quote! Came out later that week and replaced the rotted wood, sealed and shingled. I feel confident that the job was done right. Definitely recommend!

They have been great, Matt in the office was very kind and helpful. Chris who helped through the entire process is superb. He was terrific from the moment he came out to meet me and throughout the process.He worked with me with my budget didn t oversell, and was always quick to respond to texts/calls. They showed up on time. The workmen were pleasant and did a great job, they cleaned everything up and worked very hard. I will continue to call them with upcoming construction needs. Great company great people, great job.
