Matt Sullivan is very personable and professional. He is honest and makes sure that the work is done in a timely manner and done correctly. His crew member Dave is very thorough and pays attention to detail. Dave was able to pinpoint the leak problem and spent many hours making the repair. The original roofer was not willing to take the time to locate the leak. We are very pleased with Matt and Dave and there should be no hesitation to use this company. The other 4-5 stars are a testament to their professionalism and good work ethics.

Matt called within 5 minutes for my request to HomeAdvisor He dropped by the next day to review the repairs needed and quoted. His crew arrived a week later (as no rush needed) and completed the repairs to 3 roof vent stacks at a very competitive price.

Excellent communication through out the project. Crew very professional, "cleaned areas all day as they worked". Left shrubs and lawn in great shape. Removal of debris pickup right on time and professional.

Turned up to the fix three leaking vent pipes the day after I contacted M & J roofing and the guys were helpful and answered my questions. Gave good advice and did not try to push me to buy a new roof.

Work done fast

Matt responded very quickly and fit me in to a busy schedule. His guys stripped the old roof and installed new rubber in a day and cleaned up everything couldn't tell they were here. Recommend highly.

M & J Roofing was great, the crew had the two layers of old shingles off in 50 minutes. They installed the 1/2 inch ISO board with 3 1/2 inch screws and the rubber roofing was put down with bonding adhesive with every seam sealed with 3 inch tape. A crew member checked the area for any debris that the tarp didn't catch, great job!

Matthew Sullivan called me the same day I submitted my "leaking skylight" project and said he would evaluate sealing the around the skylight vs. replacement. He visited within 2 days, sealed around the skylight and several likely places rain was blowing in (screw holes). Delighted with how quickly and simply the leak was stopped. Highly recommended!
