Called the day before doing the work and showed up on time. Did the repairs I needed, and then fixed a couple of my gutter guards that had shifted out of position.

They sealed the spots I knew about and inspected the whole roof and found more spots to seal. They were helpful and worked quickly.

Workers were very nice & helpful. Found the leak in my skylight & fixed it quickly. Answered my questions about some other repairs with reasonable suggestions. I will call them when I'm ready to do those repairs.

Matt was quite forthright with his recommendations. His price was the best amongst all the pros. Even with a 10% increase that happened during the project due to unforeseen items that came up, he was still below most others. The project was started and completed in 2 days.

They were the only company that was able to take care of a leak on one my skylights out of three companies in the area!!!

I think Matthew Sullivan was easy to talk to , straight forward and will to provide the service you asked for - meaning he didn't try to up-sell the job. most the other roofer I talked to (if they even showed up) were trying to sell me and entire roof and telling me it couldn't be done any other way. Matt solved my problem and didn't break the bank - I didn't have that much money to spend. any one interest in Roofing repair should at least talk to him.

Matt S. came to my place -- gave me a quote which was quite fair to replace the 2 skylights as the gasket seals were all dried out and repair was not a good option. He sent to an email quote and we set up a date to do the work. He was always on time and polite. Work done neatly. I was vey please with the overall experience with M & J

The choice was to seal the skylight or replace. One option was $200 and the other $2000...so we opted to try sealing ($200) and if that didn't work we would replace. I felt that that he was fair and if I do have to replace them I would call M&J to replace.

M&J quoted the job right away and included many options that were available and a clear scope of the work to be done. They arrived early on the agreed day and completed all the work in that day. The crew was professional and thoughtful. I am very happy with this contractor and will use again.
