My wife contacted Joe after having visited his website. He was prompt to respond to our inquiry and visited our home soon afterwards to provide an estimate for the work. He was polite and was not offended when we mentioned that we had several people submitting bids on the job as well and that we would get back to him in the future. His bid and description of how the work would be done caused us to select him for the job. Work began in March and, once he began, he remained on the job consistently throughout the process. He only asked for partial payment when materials were delivered to our site. Joe, his father and crew were polite and respectful of our property. Preparing for installing the pavers around the pool proved to be quite difficult because of the soil conditions that were revealed when that work began. One side of the pool was excavated and filled with gravel 3 times before it was to their satisfaction. I am VERY impressed and VERY pleased with the outcome!
