They came and serviced my alarm system even though I had never used them before. I received call back and they arrived at time they had promised and worked very quickly. Charge was reasonable

Called to get an estimate for a wireless alram. They reponded right away but had to call back to recive the estimate. Then requested a few references and never heard back. Very courteous and knowledgable but decided on another company since the follow up was not there.

Our alarm system (which came with the house when we purchased it) Was "warning" us every 4 hours with beeps despite the fact that there were no problems with the doors or windows and all batteries were new. I called Safety Signal and within 45 minutes Mark came and disconnected the system for us. He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He did not hard sell a new system but solved our immediate concern. Though we decided not to repair this system, we will definitely call Safety Signal when we are ready to install a new system.

When we moved into this house 19 years ago, alarm monitoring service for the previous owner was provided by Safety Signal. We continued with their service, and had them update the system. Over the years we have been satisfied with their monitoring and with the occasional updates that were made as new technologies became available. This summer we had new windows put in the living room and since they would need to be connected to the alarm system, we decided to upgrade the system at the same time. On Sept. 3, the men arrived and did all the work except master bedroom contacts and the screens for the 4 windows. These are to be wired (by another company) so that we can leave the windows open and the screens will provide an alarmed barrier. They took the existing screens to send out. I was out of town in late Sept., but called them on 10/12. For two weeks I left messages for Mark and for the tech, Jeff, and got no reply. Finally on 10/28 they came to install the screens and discovered that the wiring had been done wrong and they needed to send the screens back. It took another 6 weeks of calls to get them here on 12/11. During all this time since 9/3, the two new windows in the living room were not connected to the alarm at all. On 12/11 they worked 2.5 hours and got the living room windows wired, but the kitchen screens were still wrong. They had not been sent out to be replaced, an error by Safety Signal. After I submitted a negative report, Angie's List contacted Mark and he became much more responsive and was apologetic. I told him I'd like to have the work completed by the first week in January. The workmen came on Jan. 8 and installed the wired screens and did a complete check of the system, during which they discovered that the panic buttons did not work, so they fixed that. Mark came to see how the work was going and asked me if there was anything else that needed to be done. I got out his original estimate and we found that there was one more item, windows in the master bedroom, so they completed that too. They used wireless transmitters for those windows which Mark said he would not charge me for, since they had been so long in completing the work. Nonetheless, it we did not receive an invoice until the middle of March, over six months after the work was begun.

They are wonderful and very responsive. They are hard working and the price is reasonable as well. They have a great service and I am very pleased with them. The staff is always personable and professional. I enjoy doing business with them. We pay them a yearly fee for the service.

I'm really happy with this company. I think their prices are fair and the service is good. They do what they are supposed to and so I'm really content with them. I've never had a problem with them and I could recommend them for alarm service monitoring.

We have not had any problems with them. They were here on time and they are very responsive to any calls we make or when the alarms go off. They are reasonable in price and hard working as well. I would recommend them to other people any time. They are great.
