Description of Work: We were looking for solutions to an ice dam problem. Dan spent a generous amount of time looking at our roof. He said that the roof was not the problem, but he gave us good information about other solutions. Even though we are not potential customers at this time, he was very helpful, courteous and professional . We were quite impressed, and will definitely use Robert Evans, Jr., Contracting if we need roof work done in the future!

Description of Work: I contacted about 6 roofers, 2 stood out. One was Robert Evans Roofing. I left a phone message on 12/30. Dan called me back the next day. Because of the weather, he couldn't go up on the roof until 1/5. The other roofers I contacted either didn't return my calls or gave me a quote without even going up to the roof! |When Dan came to look at the roof, not only did he go up to the roof, he showed me pictures of the curled shingles and areas where some shingles were missing! |Again, because of the weather (extreme cold temps and rain), they couldn't do the roof until 1/16. |They arrived on time, but the dumpster arrived about a half hour later. After they started to work, Dan told me how many sheets of plywood were needed (which was extra and outlined in the quote). |They worked until ~3:00PM. The yard and the driveway were cleaned of all materials and nails. Overall, I was impressed with their professionalism and honoring their word. I would definitely recommend them!
