Evans Contracting did an excellent job. The job was completed in a day and a half and the clean-up was phenomenal. I particularly like working with Dan McDonald, a true professional.

Started on schedule and completed the same day. Everything went smoothly and the clean up after completion was excellent. I was extremely pleased as to the outcome and was impressed by the efficiency of the workers. i would not hesitate to work with this contractor in the future.

We had a great experience with Robert Evans as our roofing contractor. After the recent winter we decided to replace our aging roof and they did an excellent job. Best quality materials and extra Ice Shield protection was installed. Great cleanup after the job and follow up. I highly recommend Robert Evans for your roofing needs.

The team was at the house bright and early to remove two layers of shingles and replace with new ones. They were quick and cleaned up the property very well.

Owner was professional, prompt, and thorough. He had thought ahead on a hot day and brought in a double crew to get it done before noon. His crew was orderly and quality oriented. The crew chief deserves special mention. Near the end of the job I found him on the back porch wiping a few specs of dust from the railings that goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

As soon as I contacted for an estimate, I got a call back within ten minutes and made an appointment for later that day. Dan came out and estimated a very good price, explained everything and I scheduled the work right then. I had other estimates but this company was the most professional and much lower than the others. I had a double shingle roof. The work was performed in eight hours. The debris and dumpster were removed the same day. Much care was taken to protect the landscaping and I could not be happier. The crew cleaned up every speck if shingles from the yard. Amazing job!!!

I scheduled an appraisal for "between 9 and 10 AM" on Tuesday, July 21. When I had not heard from him by 10:15, I left a message wondering what had happened and asked him to call back. I got a message from him at about 11:30 AM that day saying he was sorry to have missed me; no explanation, no expressed concern for having inconvenienced me. I certainly don't need more of that aggravation; on to others.

Perfect in every way. Dan provided us with an original estimate which was lower than the estimates we received from two other roofing companies. He explained the entire process and the options in a very detailed and unrushed manner and left explanatory literature. He later emailed his estimate which laid out every step in the process. He was the only one of the roofers who actually went up on the roof to check out the condition before providing the estimate. On the day the work was performed the crew showed up at exactly 7 AM as promised. Six hours later they were done. In between everything seemed to work according to a preplanned schedule. The dumpster arrived as the crew was dismantling the old roof. They had spread netting around the front and rear of the house from top to bottom. They cleaned up the area perfectly before leaving. And the dumpster was picked up shortly thereafter. The roof looks great and the process was painless and professional. They were a well-oiled machine.

From start to finish this job went very smoothly. Dan spent at least 30 minutes discussing various options-- had ice daming over the winter and wanted to try to keep it from happening again. Decided to put in ridge vent and soffits, Dan was very helpful in recommending various options. Because I have a very large roof and the weather forecast included rain, Robert Evans decided to put a double crew on the job. They showed up at 7 AM, worked hard all day and were done by 5 PM. Again, they did an excellent job stripping and shingling the roof and cleaning up after they were done. And all in one day! I highly recommend them.

We love our new roof! We live in a two-story Colonial house. We needed to replace our roof which had started to leak. It already had two layers that needed to be removed before starting the actual installation. We met with their representative, Dan, who did a thorough job outlining the work involved, answered all our questions, brought samples and colors of new shingles, and explained the cost. We settled on a date and early start time. All the equipment needed along with an amazing group of workers arrived at the same time. They covered the bushes, etc. located around the house. There was absolutely no damage to them. The team was friendly, courteous, and worked in tandem with each other, removing shingles, making any needed repairs, installing the new roof, and cleanup. Two dumpsters were required. Cleanup was fast, efficient, and immaculate. It took one day for this work to be completed. The contractor, Robert Evans, Jr. came by during the day to introduce himself to us and check on the work. Our roof looks great! and we are very pleased. The team arrived bright and early on the morning specified, arriving with a waste dumpster. They setup nets to protect the windows from falling debris during the removal process. The tiles were removed and replaced with the new tiles. They completed the job on time.did a great job cleaning up. Dan came by afterwards to double-check both the job and that we we were completely satisfied with the work, which we were! I highly recommend Robert Evans Contracting for roofing work.

Dan came out to look at the job the very same day I called and provided a detailed quote within 24 hours. He answered all of my questions and happily amended the agreement to make it even clearer. Their quote was within $75 of the other quote I received for the job, but included more in terms of ice/water shielding and plywood. Felt I got a good value for our money and was also impressed with how they spelled out their warranty without my asking. They were able to start the job quickly as well an worked around my schedule. The job took two full days, with a few hours spent on the final morning to clear out dumpster and check that the yard was clean and the job was done to my liking. The team worked really hard each day, arriving at 8 am sharp and working straight through until 7 or 8 pm to get the job done quickly. Dan was on site every day to supervise, inspect and make sure we were happy with how things were going. Highly recommend them.

The work was performed in a timely and professional manner . Dan worked with us and made sure we were happy with everything and it was done to our specifications. Clean up was very good.

We had Robert Evans Jr. Contracting strip and reroof our house. The installers showed up on time along with all the materials and dumpster. The Price was very reasonable for the work that was being performed. The clean-up of the yard after they were all stripped was fantastic. I enjoyed working with Robert Evans and his crew and would highly recommend them !!

They have done work for us before (roofing etc) and we have always been happy. The total price was twice what I quoted (I listed my share); the workers were steady, on time and always polite (took about a week). The job looks great and we are happy we'll never have to paint again.Highly recommend Evans Construction.
